Discover our Pura Vida, Rediscover Yourself! Our Name means 'A Slice of Heaven' which says it all. Located 1400 ft above sea level we offer you the most incredible views of the Jungle and Pacific Ocean and all this with only a 15 minute to commute to Jaco and local Beaches

Your hosts, David and Michelle LIVE ONSITE. They advocate the Pura Vida lifestyle and have designed their property and home to best showcase the breathtaking views and jungle setting through the creation of a number of outdoor living spaces for your enjoyment and relaxation.
 
Self- contained, our private access guesthouse offers 1 QUEEN and 1 KING bedroom, both with ensuite shower/toilet. In addition there are 2 SINGLE pull out comfortable chair beds that are suitable for average sized children under 12years old. Both air conditioned bedrooms have sea views and walkout double French doors to the Sun Terrace seating area which in turn provides direct access to the  Pool Deck offering BBQ Rancho with alfresco dining, Infinity Pool with Swim-up Bar and View Point all of which have breathtaking birds-eye panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Jaco Town and expanse of mountainous jungle.
For your convenience there is a fully equipped Kitchen, Dining Room and use of the Laundry.
 
This property with it’s breathtaking views, home comforts, and easy accessibility by car to our local shops, restaurants, attractions, activities  and beaches is everything you could hope for and more. It will provide you with a unique Costa Rican vacation experience and an opportunity to truly relax and recoup from life’s stresses and strains.
 
Whether you are in to photography, bird watching, star gazing, surfing, hiking, biking, fishing, sailing, scuba diving or just simply relaxing, you have arrived. We look forward to welcoming you to our Slice of Heaven.
 
The rural location of this outstanding property allows an abundance of wildlife to enjoy the grounds and all it has to offer. Capuchin Monkeys, Coati and Iguanas are daily visitors, taking advantage of the Banana, Mango, Avocado, Cashew and Date Palm trees to supplement their veracious appetites. In addition, regular visitors of the feathered type include Toucan, Scarlet Macaw, Green Parrot and a number of Birds of Prey. Photo opportunities are in abundance so bring a good camera with you!

LOCATION
Nestled high on Cerro Fresco Mountain our high elevation of 1400ft offers bird-eye panoramic views of the lush tropical rainforest, endless sandy beaches and perfect surfing waves. The vibrant town of Jaco, just 15 minutes drive away offers an abundant choice of nightlife and local/international restaurants and some of the best surfing waves. Hermosa is our most local beach and is accessible within a 12 minute drive.

We had an AMAZING time during our stay. Michelle and David were so kind and welcoming. The home was spectacular. Pictures don't do justice. The views from the pool were breathtaking. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful, clean bathrooms. Hot water was available with good pressure. There's a gate that locks- very safe and secure neighborhood. We felt very safe. Parking on site. Safes in both bedrooms.The corner queen bedroom had beautiful views. Our children were very happy! Direct access to the pool from both bedrooms. Cannot say enough about this property as it has a fantastic view of the ocean and forest. We ventured out daily to take various tours and always looked forward to returning mid afternoon to enjoy the pool and lounge area.
