Beautifully equipped with super comfortable beds and great linens. Both bedrooms and deck overlook the greenbelt, mountains and canal. Each bedroom has a full en-suite bath. Master has king bed, guest suite is a queen bed. Beautiful linens, memory foam mattresses, lots of closet space, and a kitchen set up to cook. Gas fireplace in living room. Includes use of tennis courts and small gym. Landlord pays all utilities including fiber optic Wifi, water, gas, sewer and trash. Has one-car detached garage ideal for storage. Ample on-site parking. After working in TV all over the USA, I'm currently based out of lovely Taos, NM, but living in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, for the year. The condo is my "city" getaway when I want to enjoy Boise's wide-open skies and fabulous food and drink.

Why they chose this property

When I walked into this place the light-filled interior, the astounding views, and the overall sense of serenity that immediately came over me just stole my heart. One minute later - literally - I told my agent, "This is it."

What makes this property unique

As a photographer, I love watching the skies change all day long from almost every room - whether I'm enjoying a glass of wine or my coffee on the deck, or curled up on the couch under a fleece blanket by the fire. I always know exactly where I'm at - right smack in the middle of lovely high-desert Idaho. Just fifteen minutes out of vibrant, fun downtown Boise, yet I can come home to a peaceful world of its own. Add in the hot tub and pool, and it's like being on vacation all the time.
