We have enjoyed living in our home for over 30 years. This house has been a project and a hobby, as it was a pretty neglected duplex when we purchased it. We converted the house into a single family home and began the restoration process right away. Over the years, our family grew and we needed more space. Since we love our neighborhood and our neighbors, we decided to add space to the house. We expanded the second floor of the house, added a sunny breezeway and a garage with a second floor above it. Over the years, that space has transformed from playspace to guest space, then an apartment for one of our sons. Now that we are empty-nesters, the apartment has been adapted again to create the South Hill Loft. We enjoy our Stillwater lifestyle of early morning walks and bike rides by the river from our home. Wander the neighborhood is always fun too. Many homes have been beautifully restored, gardens and flowers are abundant from the beginning of spring until the snow melts. Winter evenings are lit throughout the neighborhood by twinkle lights in trees and on porches. Welcome to our home and neighborhood.
