Tämä 3 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneisto on sisustettu iloisesti kuninkaallisella sängyllä, kuningatar vierashuoneella ja kolmannella makuuhuoneella, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Nauti näkymistä ja aamukahvisi kolmannen kerroksen parvekkeelta.

Hyödynnä paikallisia kauppoja ja ravintoloita, joista monet ovat kävelyetäisyydellä. On yleinen ranta pääsy kätevästi kadun toisella puolella kävelymatkan päässä kauniista valkoisesta hiekasta ja kristallinkirkkaista vesistä Meksikonlahdella. Beachwood Villasissa on myös 2 uima-allasta (yksi lämmitetään kausiluonteisesti), tenniskenttiä, shuffleboardia ja ulkona olevaa leikkipaikkaa lapsille ja runsaasti viheralueita! Poistu ja ota pyöräretkelle. Hyppää 20 mailin Timpoochee-pyöräreitille, joka kulkee luonnonkatua moottoritietä 30A pitkin, ja käy kuuluisassa Seaside- ja Grayton Beach -valtion puistossa länteen. Suuntaa itään ja löydä Seagroven ranta, Alys Beach ja Rosemary Beach.

Comfy and great location. Kitchen needs some updates.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location is great and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen needs a little love—The countertop is old, and I got a splinter from it. There aren’t enough forks. There is no pan for making pizza or chicken tenders. A rubber spatula would have been helpful, too!

Nice, cozy condo. We had 6 people and were comfortable. The property has a warm pool and tennis courts, which we used. A pretty short walk to the beach.

Overall condo was good

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean and although out dated a bit it had everything we needed besides a cookie sheet lol. I liked the vicinity to some resturants where my kids could walk to if they so desired. Nearby convience store if we wanted a drink or snack. There is a public beach access but the public beach is a bit of a walk to get to. The condos apparently "own the land" in front of the ocean so you have to walk down to get your spot. Kinda annoying but it's not on the condo owner. We enjoyed our stay, thank you for the ease of check-in and check-out. Some of the buildings in the HOA needed outside upkeep (rotting siding). I did not see that problem with our building but I was too busy heading to the beach, I just noticed it on some buildings as we walked by.

Love that it was a short walk to the beach. Considering it was managed by a big property mgmt company I would’ve expected it to be a little cleaner. There were bugs found and grime/mildew around the sinks faucet. And since we were expected to take the trash out before we left it would’ve nice to have more than one trash bag for our entire stay.

The unit was as expected, and the communication from the management company was beyond expectation. I didn't have any issues to need to contact the company, but they ensured that if I did ever have a need the contact information was at my fingertips. I have no doubt that they would have immediately addressed any concern that may have arisen by the nearly daily emails and text messages they sent to make sure my stay was as pleasant as could be.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. Walking distance to the beach. Nice restaurants and shopping. The unit is nice and spacious. I would stay again, however the unit needs more towels. We only had 4 towels, which is enough for 4 people, but you should always have extra towels on hand. There were no kitchen towels at all to dry your hands or to dry dishes. The dryer sounds like it's about to go out making loud screeching noise. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

Works for what it is.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a nice little condo, a little outdated and had a few issues. I will say it did it’s job and overall our stay was nice. There’s just a few things I didn’t see in the description that would have been helpful. 1. It’s the very rear condo if you’re looking on the maps. So the walk to the beach was a little more than intended. We timed it at 12 mins so not terrible. 2. it’s on the 3rd floor. From the pictures I thought they were all two story condos but the two rear condos at least are 3 story. During the stay it wasn’t that big of a deal but arrival and departure was a little tougher. 3. The “beach access” is more of a public access and due to the private condos on both sides it’s literally around 60 feet wide where you can put your stuff unless you walk 200 feet to the East. Both were pretty packed, which was aggravating being both private condos didn’t have a soul on them. This was probably my dealbreaker as for my family not staying here again. If you’re going to just enjoy 30A it’s not a bad spot as there’s good food and things nearby and it’s kind of centered to go one way or the other. The two pools were nice and weren’t crowded, and being next to that Tom Thumb was a lifesaver.

Clean, Great location and Fun !!!

It was outdated, particularly the kitchen where the cabinets were old and chipping away. It is such a long walk to the beach carrying all of your beach supplies, and then 3 flights of stairs.Garrett Realty did alot better taking care of condos and homes in the area than Benchmark.

Nice beach condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was a little dated but clean and had everything we needed. Location close to the beach - easy to walk to with a 6 year old. Walk to several restaurants and Tom Thumb. Pool was small but nice. Walk up to the third floor was no problem for us but might be difficult if you have babies or toddlers. It’s only 2 flights of stairs so easy for adults and older kids. Overall we had a great stay.
