On the other hand we are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the smell of mildew as well as the air conditioning unit. We are happy that our team was able to assist by repairing the air conditioner. Please note as well that we take reports of mold very seriously and will be making the necessary checks and reaching out to the proper parties to ensure this will not be an issue for future stays. In regards to the towels and wash cloths, please note that these are provided based on the number the number of persons that the unit sleeps and guests are expected to washl do laundry during the stay. We have however passed along your comments to the proper parties! Margie, We are very saddened to hear you were displeased with the overall state of the property. We can confirm you reached out to us stating there was possible mold within the unit. With our safety being a top priority for us here at Benchmark Management, a team member stopped by and confirmed that what you thought to be mold was just moisture from previous tenants leaving the sliding glass doors to the balcony open for a long period of time. We contacted a 3rd party cleaning company who sadly was only able to stop by after your departure to resolve the issue. Being that the property was safe, and the only issue reported to us was regarding the moisture, we did not relocate you but added you to our guest issues board for compensation review. We were not informed of any other cleanliness issues at the property during your stay. Had we been informed; we would have addressed them with the utmost urgency to ensure you had a more comfortable trip. A fan was brought to the property upon your request as you believed there was a smell within the unit. We also must clarify that the property was cleaned ahead of your arrival, but the moisture from the sliding doors was the only thing we could not address till after your stay. We are glad to confirm the issue has been resolved and no further reports have been made by other guests regarding the issue. Our records show you communicated with our agents both via text and call and they assisted you as quickly as possible. We are truly sorry you were not happy with your previous stay but hope you consider booking with us again as we would love the opportunity to provide you with a 5-star vacation.
