However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the living room furniture. We understand how frustrating that must have been and truly regret that it affected your stay. We do want to clarify that when the issue was first reported, our team immediately offered to bring additional blankets and towels to cover the sofas that same day. However, we were informed that you preferred to collect them the following day, which we respected. We also regret that our solution did not meet your expectations and wish we could have done more to make things right during your stay. There is a shortage of Lyft and Urber drivers in the area. We recommend setting up airport transportation before you arrive. Many guest in the area rent golf cart to get around in the area.
