Este ático de lujo recién construido está ubicado en la quinta planta del famoso edificio Málaga Félix Sáenz, que fue considerado el lugar más privilegiado de la ciudad a principios del siglo XX. Fue completamente renovado en 2011.



El alojamiento está en la planta superior del edificio y ofrece una amplia sala de estar con televisor de pantalla plana, sofá, mesa de comedor y acceso a un estrecho balcón con vistas a los tejados. La sala de estar tiene acceso a una cocina totalmente equipada; en la encantadora terraza, encontrará una mesa de comedor y unas impresionantes vistas de la ciudad. La habitación tiene una cama extragrande, un baño con ducha, un armario y también tiene acceso al balcón. Este apartamento es de calidad excepcional y es perfecto para una escapada romántica en la ciudad.



El alojamiento tiene aire acondicionado, internet de alta velocidad, televisión por internet. El aparcamiento está a solo 100 metros del apartamento.



Tenga en cuenta que la fachada del edificio está actualmente en proceso de renovación, con una finalización prevista para junio de 2026. Como resultado, las vistas desde la terraza pueden estar parcialmente obstruidas, y es posible que note algo de ruido y polvo durante su estancia.

Great central location.

Great location in central Malaga for a couple to enjoy the city. The flat was quiet at night and it has a nice terrace for breakfast and drinks. We would stay in this flat again.

Would recommend it to any visitors !

This was the perfect apartment for two guests it could not have a better location, and the whole team was extremely friendly throughout our stay. Carlos was kindly able to meet us at our desired check in time and was even a bit early, then he provided us with great local information. The view from the outdoor patio is so nice that it makes it hard to leave, but when you do want to explore, everything you want is in close proximity. Would recommend it to any visitors and hope to have a chance to come back soon!

Lovely Apartment, perfect for a couple

This is a spacious apartment in a good central location. It's perfect for a couple, has a comfortable bed(very important!), lovely terrace, good kitchen, a smiling, friendly doorman and is quiet at night. We have stayed here several times, found the Solaga team efficient and responsive, Carlos met us and as always, was welcoming and professional.

We both suffered numerous bites from mosquitoes during our stay We killed at least 15 mosquitos I think this was the first key of the season for this apartment and it had not been properly aired or checked Check in was good and informative

Dear George, We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay although we regret to hear you had trouble with mosquitos. As being a 5th-floor apartment, we rarely get reports of any insect problems but some people attract mosquitos more than others. However, all apartments are thoroughly cleaned and ventilated for each guest and perhaps this is how they entered. Nevertheless, we hope you visit again soon as Solaga has over 60 apartments to choose from, all over the historic centre of Malaga as well as the Costa del Sol as a whole.
