Boise's Jewel on Gem St. With 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom.

Our cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The master BR has a queen size bed and the second BR has 2 single beds. Washer& dryer as well! It is located in a quite, safe neighborhood close to Downtown and the airport, as well as, railroad Depot and walking trails along the Boise River. There are many restaurants, bars, and shopping within walking distance. Outside bar-b-que, patio and seating. Yard

The place was just as described. The place and location was perfect for visiting our BSU student. Plus very convenient to stores, my husband woke up and walked to Starbucks in the morning before I woke up which was great. Easy drive to BSU campus too.

Perfect place!

This is the cutest cottage. It’s in a perfect location with main attractions being 5–10 min away. The backyard was perfect when the kids were restless and needed time outside. Definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

I was in Boise on business and stayed at the house for a week. The house was as described, the kitchen was well stocked, and my stay was comfortable. It's a short drive to the airport, which makes it a good location for travelers. I would stay there again.

This was the perfect location, close to our family and downtown/greenbelt. I arrived to a bowl of fresh peaches and a kind note from Pattie. I felt so welcome and the entire stay was just wonderful. I will definitely stay here again!
