Schöne, ruhige aber zentrale Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Da das Bad offen ist sollte man seine Reisepartner*in gerne mögen. Die Innenstadt, der Hafen und ein schöner Park sind sehr nah. Es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Absprachen mit dem Vermieter liefen auf Französisch über die App. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und effizient.

Wir haben die Zeit in La Rochelle sehr genossen. Wir waren eine Woche in der Stadt. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, die Fotos waren sehr treffend. Check in war sehr unkompliziert. Freundlicher und hilfreicher Empfang. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist für einen Stadt Urlaub perfekt. Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder!

Karakteristiek appartement, hartje La Rochelle.

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantieweek gehad. De woning ligt ideaal - hartje La Rochelle - en is toch heel rustig. Het is karaktervol, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Dichtbij een wasserette en ook een boulangerie en supermarkt zijn om de hoek. En natuurlijk de overdekte markt op loop afstand.

Loger dans un immeuble du 18e siècle ne donnant pas sur la rue,puisqu'il y a une cour avant d'accéder à la porte de l'immeuble. De surcroît c'était très calme... le propriétaire était très sympathique et il m'a même rendu service! Pour nous résumer, ce fut un excellent séjour...

J’ai choisi le quartier de la rue Admyrauld pour son emplacement central et tranquille au cœur de La Rochelle, à deux pas du Vieux Port. L’ambiance y est paisible et authentique, typique des vieilles rues de la ville, avec ses bâtiments historiques et son atmosphère sereine.

Ce que j’apprécie le plus, c’est le calme absolu tout en étant à proximité immédiate des attractions principales de la ville. C’est un endroit idéal pour profiter de La Rochelle tout en séjournant dans un cadre reposant et charmant.

What makes this property unique

Ce qui rend notre propriété unique, c’est son emplacement au cœur de La Rochelle dans un ancien hôtel particulier du XVIIIe siècle, alliant charme historique et confort moderne. L’appartement est lumineux, calme et entièrement rénové avec goût, offrant une vue sur un jardin tranquille au premier étage.

Nous proposons un séjour intimiste pour deux personnes, avec une chambre confortable et sa salle d’eau attenante, un salon agréable avec TV et Wi-Fi, et une petite cuisine entièrement équipée. La combinaison du cadre historique, de la tranquillité et de la proximité immédiate du Vieux Port rend ce lieu vraiment spécial et différent des autres hébergements du centre-ville.
