New luxury apartment on the top floor in a small building of 2 floors, located 5 min walk from the lake of Xonrupt-Longemer classified 3 stars at the GĂźte de France.
It is composed of an entrance giving on a nice very bright living room with 2 windows and a French window with balcony.
A modern and fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob with integrated extractor hood and wine cellar), central island with snack for 6 people.
A sitting area with corner sofa and flat screen, DVD player and internet box.
The first bedroom has a double bed, box spring, new mattresses (160x200), and a chest of drawers.
The second bedroom opening onto a balcony is furnished with a double bed, new box spring and mattress (160x200), a large closet.
In between, a spacious bathroom with a large Italian shower, a double sink cabinet, an electric towel dryer and a washer-dryer.
A separate hanging toilet.
Upstairs, a relaxation area serving as a third bedroom with a new Clic-Clac bed (140x190), with board games, books.
At your disposal, a cot and a high chair for your little one.
Floor heated apartment with electric shutters.
On the garden level, bicycle storage room with a closed private ski locker.
Outside 2 private parking spaces.
Animals are not allowed.
