Grand prestige villa familiale unique situé dans le centre de Porto Cervo.
Sur un jardin de 2000 mètres du bâtiment principal est divisé en
Grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine et une terrasse couverte fantastique.
Deux zones de nuit différentes avec 3 chambres doubles et une simple, et trois salles de bains.
L'annexe à l'étage supérieur avec entrée, chambre double et une grande armoire où il ya de l'espace pour un lit d'enfant, salle de bain (pour un total de 5 chambres)
Garage, cave, buanderie et une salle pour le personnel avec salle de bains.
Piscine, barbecue et différentes zones de relaxation.

Holiday 2023

The Villa is in the best location to the Port, shops, restaurants, the views are beautiful and the Villa is large enough both inside and outside. Great swimming pool and outside seating, Silvia was brilliant throughout our stay, any request fulfilled efficiently, I would definitely recommend this Villa to friends and family.

Great location and lovely pool!

The location can’t be bettered in terms of access to Porto Cervo and its restaurants. Silvia was a great host with excellent communication. The pool is lovely and the garden spacious. The living area is bright, airy and comfortable. Would have given 5 stars but the bathrooms are in desperate need of upgrading/replacing and not at all in keeping with such a lovely property.

Beautiful Port Cervo

The Villa is set in beautiful grounds, with spectacular views over the Port. The pool was exceptionally clean and refreshing. Plenty of linen and towels for 10 persons over the week, washing facilities if needed. My only negative feedback is that some of the bathrooms are a little tired and some of the fencing in the garden a little unsafe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Incredible location, great space, stunning views of Porto Cervo

We had a large group of friends and family for our week in Sardinia. The house did not disappoint as it has a wonderful pool and hot tub that the kids enjoyed. The house is walking distance to Porto Cervo (Dior, Nikki Beach pop up, Zuma, etc.). The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, our teenagers walked the Port late at night. The views from the top decks were unbelievable. Sylvia was a great and our check in was easy. We hired a private chef and Silvia worked with her before our arrival to ensure our dinner experience was incredible. The house came with supplies (laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper). There is a fully stocked market 100 feet in front of the villa so restocking food, drinks and other house necessities was super easy. Our only issue was air conditioning functioning properly as the week we went was super hot. A couple of the rooms share AC units. This was somewhat challenging as you have a bedroom close to the main bedroom that shares an ac unit so we had to keep the door open to help cool the other bedroom which didn’t have an AC unit. One unit broke and wasn’t fixed during our stay. Silvia was extremely responsive and brought a fan to help alleviate the heat. Despite this, EXCELLENT house!

La villa a due passi dal centro di Porto Cervo con la bellissima vista . La proprietaria e un tesoro che fa tutto e di piu per sentirti a casa tua.

Ottimo! Vacanza stupenda a Porto Cervo

La villa molto accogliente con bellissima vista mare e sul porto, in una posizione a dire poco fantastica. Pochi passi per arrivare alla piazzetta dove puoi trovare tutto quello che ti serve per una permanenza indimenticabile. Piscina con la zona per prendere il sole è molto comoda. La proprietaria è un tesoro che fa tutto e di più per farti sentirti a casa tua. La consigliamo senza alcun dubbio.
