Located near the bike paths, a bread store and a convenience store in season, a few kilometers from the fishing port of Cotiniere, Saint Pierre d'Oleron with these shops and pedestrian streets and the Chassiron lighthouse.
You will benefit from a 400 m2 garden with terrace, barbecue and garden furniture in a quiet and privileged area.

Very enjoyable stay

Excellent location - close to the beach and short walk boulangerie and market. The gite had everything we needed and it was a very private location.

Christophe notre vhÎte a été trÚs réactif et trÚs attentionné dÚs le premier contact par messagerie. Il répond précisément et toujours rapidement aux questions que l'on peut poser de façon trÚs aimable. Priscille nous a trÚs gentiment accueilli et s'est adaptée à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Schöner Aufenthalt im September 2023

Seitdem wir die Insel kennen hatten wir den wĂ€rmsten September erwischt - herrlich. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung und wir konnten das herrliche Areal unter den BĂ€umen sehr genießen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wer den kurzen Gang zum Sonnenuntergang liebt, ist hier genau richtig, denn man ist schnell am Strand. An diesem Ort kann man sich gut erholen.

Toller Aufenthalt am Meer

Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und fĂŒr seine GrĂ¶ĂŸe gut geschnitten. Wir haben uns zu fĂŒnft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr angenehm und die HaushĂ€lterin Priscille war sehr hilfsbereit. Auch der schöne, schattige Garten samt Steingrill und Liegen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Highlight ist aber die Lage und der kurze Weg durch den Wald zum Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

FĂŒr uns das perfekte Domizil

Uns hat das Domizil und dessen Lage an der WestkĂŒste der Insel ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Der Fußweg zum Strand verlĂ€uft direkt vom Haus durch eine herrlichen Pinienwald. In knapp 8 Minuten ist man dort, kann herrlich baden, Ebbe und Flut und tĂ€glich wunderbare SonnenuntergĂ€nge erleben. Das Anwesen mit schönem Garten und Parkplatz direkt am Haus befindet sich in absolut ruhiger Lage am Waldrand. Man hört lediglich das Meeresrauschen - einfach traumhaft. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich als Paar oder kleine Familie rundum wohl zu fĂŒhlen. Sie ist geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm, wir haben darin sehr gut geschlafen. Toller Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Radtouren, SpaziergĂ€nge entlang des Meeres, ein BĂ€cker und Fahrradverleih sind in nĂ€chster NĂ€he und zum nĂ€chsten Markt in Domino ist es lediglich ein Kilometer. Wir kommen wieder!

Emplacement idéal pour les amoureux du calme

Accueil de Julie parfait. Chaleureuse et arrangeante sur les horaires d’arrivĂ©e tardive. La maison est cependant un peu petite et s’est montrĂ©e parfaite pour deux adultes. L’accĂšs Ă  la plage par le chemin de forĂȘt est un rĂ©el atout. Emplacement rĂȘvĂ© pour dĂ©couvrir l’üle Ă  vĂ©lo. Nous recommandons cette maison.

Wunderschöne Herbsttage

Das Haus ist nahe am Strand, mit sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Viele Fahrradtouren von dort aus möglich. Tolle kleine MĂ€rkte und Hafenorte sehr nah. Das Haus ist aussergewöhnlich gut ausgerĂŒstet. Es fehlt an nichts Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert 😀

Schönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Das Haus ist hervorragend geeignet fĂŒr einen Urlaub mit Familie. Es liegt sehr ruhig am Rande der weitlĂ€ufigen Siedlungen. Parkplatz vor der HaustĂŒr, ein großer Garten (umzĂ€unt), innen eine ferienhaustypische Ausstattung ohne Besonderheiten. Im Wesentlichen ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Eine Waschmaschine gibt es auch. Die Bilder im Inserat geben den tatsĂ€chlichen Zustand des Hauses gut wieder. Die Matratzen könnten bei Gelegenheit mal erneuert werden, fĂŒr sensible RĂŒcken sind sie weniger geeignet. Unmittelbar am Haus vorbei geht ein Pfad durch den Wald, ĂŒber den man in ein paar Minuten am Strand ist. In wenigen Minuten Entfernung mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß gibts Baguette und co. GrĂ¶ĂŸere EinkĂ€ufe erledigt man mit dem Auto in einer der grĂ¶ĂŸeren Ortschaften im Inneren der Insel. Der Strand ist schön, allerdings bei Ebbe in weiten Teilen steinig. Da gibt es (vor allem mit kleineren Kindern) nördlicher gelegen besser geeignete StrĂ€nde. Einfach ausprobieren. Das WLAN funktioniert gut, ist allerdings sehr langsam. Streaming ist nur eingeschrĂ€nkt möglich. Mobilnetz ist vor Ort z.T. (das gilt i.Ü. fĂŒr weite Teile der Insel) sehr schwach. FĂŒr datenhungrige Teenager könnte das schwierig werden :-) Der Kontakt zum EigentĂŒmer selbst und der Agentur vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hat gut funktioniert. Fazit: ein schönes Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt haben. Von uns eine Empfehlung!

Nice house close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was great. Well equipped kitchen, barbecue on the terrasse, nice little walk to to the beautiful beach. The whole family was happy throughout the stay. Thanks!
