IN A QUIET ENVIRONMENT AND FACING THE SEA.

Spacious villa of 350 M2 on a plot of 3000 M2 divided into 3 independent houses distributed as follows:

A house reserved for owners with independent access and independent land of 1000 M2.

2 houses not overlooked intended exclusively for rental, each of them having a private terrace and a 2000 M2 park with trees facing the sea for the common use of our 2 rentals.

The first house is located on the left wing of the villa with a private terrace. The house includes: living room, equipped kitchen, cupboard, bathroom, separate WC, a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a cabin bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (here is the Abritel reference 2285708 where you will see the reviews...) .

The second SEA VIEW house (which corresponds to this ad) is intended for 6 people, it is located on the right wing of the villa facing the swimming pool with a private SEA VIEW terrace. The house includes: cathedral living room with equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, a SEA VIEW bedroom with a 140X190 bed, a mezzanine open to the SEA VIEW living room with 2 single 90X190 bunk beds and a 140X190 double bed. Price between €150 and €271 per night depending on the seasons with a minimum of 2 nights outside July and August.

To access the beach, simply cross the small one-way street and go down the stairs overlooking the fine sandy beach. The rocks at low tide allow fishing on foot. You have a view of the Ile de Ré and its bridge lit in the evening, La Rochelle and its port, Fort Boyard, the Ile d’Aix…

Living on site, during the summer period, I ensure the well-being of our guests, I am at their disposal to tell them things to discover on the Island, good restaurants... while remaining discreet and respecting their privacy.

As the Park is common to our two rentals, in the interest of peace and quiet for everyone, animals are not allowed.

River shuttle from the port of St Denis d'Oléron or Boyardville serving the Ile d'Aix or La Rochelle.

Free beach shuttle bus in July and August.

Schöne Ferien

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Schöne, gut aufgeteilte und ausgestattete Wohneinheit auf einer Seite des großen Hauses. Geräumige Terrasse mit Blick auf den schönen und sehr großzügigen Garten. Den gut nutzbaren und teils überdachten Pool teilt man sich mit den Mietern der anderen Wohneinheit. Man verlässt den Garten, geht einmal über die Straße und ist am Meer (Bucht vor La Rochelle).

Vacances en famille

Nous sommes venus en famille avec nos 3 enfants. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel, tout le nécessaire est fourni. L'environnement est calme et la terrasse est très agréable.La piscine couverte est très appréciable ainsi que le jardin. Plage en face idéal pour pêcher les huîtres. Un peu plus loin à 5 min à pied une autre plage pour la baignade au calme et Encore un peu plus loin à pied près du port belle plage de sable idéal pour la pêche à pied et la baignade avec les enfants.La situation du logement est très bien pour se reposer au calme. Merci à Isabelle pour cette semaine.

Maison super pour découvrir Oléron

Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l'hébergement, son emplacement dans un environnement calme. Le parc arboré est agréable et très bien entretenu. La piscine couverte est un vrai plus. Isabelle est aux petits soins, très réactive et nous la remercions vivement.

A deux pas de la mer

La maison est agréable, fonctionnelle et dans une rue très calme. On s'y sent vite chez soi. Grand jardin, piscine et jaccuzi, de quoi se relaxer. Belles ballades à pied ou à vélo le long du litorral tout près de la maison. La voie ferrée n'est pas loin mais n'est pas génante. Les enfants ont aussi aimé les poules et les chats. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps...

Excellent accueil d'Isabelle. Superbe propriété très bien entretenue, au calme. Bien sûr, un gros plus avec la piscine couverte et chauffée en cas de mauvais temps. Appartement au top, d'une très grande propreté. Pour le moindre petit soucis, Isabelle et son mari sont très réactifs. Merci à vous. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucun problème.

Super séjour!

Nous avons passé excellent séjour dans ce joli appartement. Nous y étions avec nos 2 filles de 5 ans et 2 ans et demi. Nous avons apprécié le calme environnant, la proximité de la plage, l accueil et la souplesse des propriétaires, la piscine a été un vrai plus nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir en profiter. Petite précision : l appartement possède 1 chambre avec lit double et a l etage en mezzanine un 2e lit double et les lits superposes ( ce n est pas une 2 e chambre fermee)
