Two lodgings in domain with swimming pool from 6 to 10 beds 500m from the river
Rental of 2 gites side by side for a capacity of 6 to 10 beds in the heart of a large estate with swimming pool shared with 3 other gites (see our other ads).
Several terraces for your meals!
The rental consists of:
* Iris Cottage: 2 bedrooms, sofa bed in the living room, kitchen area, full bathroom
* Looky Cottage: 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, kitchen area and bathroom.
You will have access to the domain's swimming pool (potentially shared with 3 other lodgings and the owners) - open from May to the end of September.
Ideal for your holidays with families or friends: Swimming pool, playground for children, trampoline, ping-pong pétanque for the older children under the shade of chestnut trees.
Around :
-The CHASSEZAC river is close to 500m to 1km with many bathing places.
-Possibilities nearby: paragliding, canyoning, horse riding, hiking or relaxing hikes with the ascent of the bar greenhouse from the farmhouse by the path of the shepherdesses to discover absolutely (drop of 400m in 1 km500), climbing, via ferrata tree climbing , tennis, badmington, quad, and of course canoeing with either the descent of the Chassezac allow 2 to 3 hours or the descent of the Ardèche provide for the largest (32 kms) 1 day with possibility of bivouac over 2 days.
-You can also discover the Virade du Batistou, a short hike in the town of Gravières for the whole family.
-Museums of the surroundings: Museum area of the Pays des Vans, mini farm, Chauvet cave exhibition in Vallon Pont d'Arc Pont d'Arc, Ardèche 1900 museum in Saint Paul le Jeune, Commanderie Templière de Jalès in Berrias
-the classified villages of the surroundings such as Banne, Naves or Thines and its classified church of the 11th century, taste the local specialties: Chestnuts, sausages, caillettes, Ardèche wines: Vionnier or Chatus, merlot, cabernet, syrha or gris de Grenache in short everything to decorate your little taste buds without forgetting a little homemade Cartagena.
Au Vans: market on Saturday morning, night market on Tuesday.
Not far: caves of the Pont d'Arc, the cocalière, the Ardèche gorges.
