"Les Moussaillons" -6p- House 500 meters from Côte Sauvage St Pierre Quiberon

Faithful since our childhood to the Presqu’ile, we have renovated our family home to live beautiful family moments. Our 110m2 single storey house offers 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, all tastefully decorated. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults and a baby.

The 1400m2 garden is planted with trees and completely fenced. It has a 70m2 terrace which surrounds the house on the west and south sides.

You can park 3 cars there.

We are located in the village of Kergroix 500 meters from the Wild Coast and 1km from the center of St Pierre Quiberon.

The House is equipped with WIFI.

The spaces

The ground floor house is thus composed:

• Living room with fitted kitchen, dining table for 8 people, living room with TV.
• Bedroom 1: 2 90cm beds (possibility of joining them together or separating them) with private bathroom and WC. This room gives you access to the terrace with small living room on the west side.
• Bedroom 2: 160cm bed with private bathroom equipped with a console and a changing table (facing East)
• Bedroom 3: 180cm bed with private bathroom and WC. This room also gives you access to the west side terrace.
• 1 separate WC
• Laundry room

All bedrooms have cupboards.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and accessorized: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, independent freezer, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, etc.

The garden will be equipped with a garden furniture (table, 8 chairs and 2 armchairs), 4 deckchairs and 2 deckchairs, and a small outdoor lounge with a sofa.

Cleaning is included in your reservation.

Bed linen is provided for stays longer than 7 nights.

For stays of less than 7 nights, we can prepare the necessary for you - contact us for the price.

Smokers are welcome outside the house

Animals are not allowed.

A deposit of 500 euros will be required on your arrival (returned 7 days after your departure)
