3 Story Townhouse. Main floor has master bedroom with king size bed and master bath, full kitchen, dining room, living room and powder room. Access to a full deck and gas grill.
Lower level has a living room, a bedroom with Queen bed, and a full bathroom. Access to washer and dryer room.
Upper level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with queen bed , 1 bedroom with trundle bed (2 twin beds) and 1 full bathroom. Loft Area has game room with bumper pool and hook & ring game. Access to upper deck.
Development has built in pool and tennis court available for use. Boat rental facility nearby. Walk to Browns Beach and Marina.
