This 3 bedroom (with 4 beds, perfect for golf groups), 2 bath home has a fully appointed kitchen with Granite countertops, full size washer and dryer, 2 car garage and is beautifully decorated.

Mesquite offers 7 championship courses within 5 minute of each other, plenty of mountain biking, and walking trails throughout Mesquite deserts. Mesquite is also known for some of the best off road ATV's, going to the Grand Canyon in 3 1/2 hours, or just taking a run up to Flattop mesa for some of the best Mesquite view youï¿½ll ever see.

Explore the back country, hold family reunions, enjoy the Casinos, or great dining. Mesquite is located just over an hour northeast of Las Vegas, and a short drive to scenic St. George, Utah. Bryce and Zion National Parks are easily accessible and well worth the drive to experience the red rock canyons at their finest.
