Gather, Relax, Celebrate: Your Private Retreat for Large Groups

Location: Can Marcer de la Penya is not properly marked on the map. We are 10 minutes drive from the beaches of Sitges, 10 minutes walk from the nearest bar/restaurant and 20 minutes walk from the nearest shop.

Events eg. weddings, parties, film locations, corporate and wellness retreats must be pre-agreed with the owner before booking. Max. 60 Guests including those staying at the villa.

Noise: Although we're in the hills, this is a residential neighbourhood, so local noise regulations must be followed at all times. Loud music or noise such as: amplified music, bands, discos (including silent), are not permitted outside at any time.

All DJs and/or bands must set up inside and specifically in the party room as instructed.

After 10:00 PM, all music and noise must move inside and the swimming pool, front courtyard, and lawn areas are off-limits to respect our neighbours. Guests may continue to use the top terrace, BBQ bar, and chill-out areas in front of the villa as long as noise levels are kept to less than 60DB.

Welcome to the Can Marcer de la Penya, a 17th century masia (Catalan word for large country house) that once produced 140,000 litres of wine a year. It has been restored to a high standard, but with care to maintain much of its original character.

Sleeps 22 Guests (with additional beds available for up to 26 Guests in total €50 per night.)

It’s a perfect location for Large Groups of Friends, Multi-Generational Family Gatherings, Weddings, Wellness or Corporate Retreats.

- For a city retail and culture fix we’re only 40 minutes drive to Barcelona centre.
- Rural space and tranquillity, with wonderful walks or picturesque bike rides in the Garraf Natural Park opposite or the Olerdola or Foix Natural Parks nearby.
- Local Supermarkets, tennis and padel courts are just 5 minutes drive in Sant Pere de Ribes
- In the heart of Penedes wine country and 20 minutes to the famous Cava wine regions where you can go on local and internationally renowned bodega tours.

Can Marcer has lots of space for everyone, with spacious bedrooms and multiple areas to be altogether or to be alone. BBQ area, gym, yoga mats, table tennis, pool table and swimming pool that can be heated if required. If you’re celebrating a special occasion there are all the services you need to make your stay extra special.

Can Marcer has lots of space for kids to run around and has many children’s amenities:
