Villa with garden for rent for summer holidays in Torre Santa Sabina. From the villa there is access to a pedestrian street that leads directly to the beach. The house offers two double bedrooms and an equipped kitchen. Outside a fenced garden and a shaded veranda for outdoor dining and two beach loungers to enjoy the Apulian sun. At 20 m there are bars, restaurants and market to buy fresh products every day.

Overview of the location
Torre Santa Sabina was born as a fishing village on the Adriatic coast, today it is a resort dedicated to seaside tourism.

The seafront is a meeting point for young people and families, has excellent restaurants of fish and seafood, ice cream parlors, children’s rides and pubs.

The Tower of Santa Sabina is one of three towers in octagonal shape, priest’s hat, of Puglia.

There are all the shops with traditional Apulian specialties. From the dairy, to the bakery in Bari, to the meat cooker of local farms.
At 1000 m the highway and in a few minutes you reach the villages of the Valle D'Itria in the Murgia dei Trulli.

Beaches
Free and equipped beaches: 400 m on foot

Nature Reserves: 6 km from the Marine Protected Area of Torre Guaceto, crystal clear waters and unspoilt landscapes. It is possible to practice snorkeling and hiking.

Natural Park: 20 km "Parco delle Dune Costiere" Torre Canne - Torre San Leonardo
Virgin landscapes used by cinematography to tell the most authentic parts of Puglia. The white road of "Fontenuova" is a postcard street.

A tour around
The first town is Carovigno at 8 km, known for the Castello Dentice di Frasso and the picturesque old town. Taverns affiliated to San Vito dei Normanni at 15 km : "Nonna Mena" included in the Slow Food Guide typical family-run cuisine and "Xfood" the first Social restaurant of Apulia managed by disabled people.

Ostuni 15 km away, a charming old town with lively cocktail bars and local craft shops.

Vacances dans les pouilles

La location ne correspondait pas aux photos , les photo devaient êtres datés, il faudrait renouvelé les clichés . Pas de climatisation seulement dans une chambre pas de moustiquaire , c est bien la première foi que nous sommes déçu , et en plus locatio en checking pas de contact physique simplement par téléphone. Nous sommes content de l emplacement nous avons bien visité les pouilles .

De belles excursions dans les Pouilles, tant à l’intérieur que les villages typiques du bord de mer. Dommage d’avoir autant subi les moustiques, qui ont pénalisé notre séjour à la location.

Villa mezza Luna

Lage der villa ist super fußläufig 5 Minuten zum Strand. Dort befindet sich eine sehr gute Hozhofen pizzeria, MEGA Pizza. Ausstattung: War alles da was man so braucht und das was fehlte besorgte die Agentur problemlos. Sie reagieren sofort und professionell. Würde trotzdem der Agentur gerne die Empfehlung ausspechen, bei jeden Gastwechel genau zu überprüfen ob alles da ist, und ob teschinisch alles funkzioniert. Bei uns fehlte zum Beispiel ein Wäscheständer. Wie gesagt, nach paar Stunden hatte ich einen. Alles Perfekt. Für den Großeinkauf muss man leider mit dem Auto 5 Minuten 7Km entfernten Carovigno machen, denn die vor Ort kleine Lädchen haben nur das notwendige. Wir hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und werde erneut für nächstes Jahr wieder Buchen.

Fast perfekte Erholung

Das Haus war sauber, minimallistig eingerichtet. Für die Dusche unten benötigt man den Aufnehmer, weil es sich nicht verhindern lässt das Wasser den Duschvorhang runter auf den Boden läuft bis in die Küche. Küchenutensilien und Geschirr nur das aller aller nötigste vorhanden. Direkte Umgebung, die Straßen und Strand leider zugemüllt. Das hinterlässt einen Eindruck als wäre man in einem nicht so guten Wohnviertel gelandet. Torre St.Sabine sollte sich Mal Torre Canne anschauen und vergleichen.

Superbe endroit !

The villa was OK but the equipment was cheap, incomplete and there were several damaged items

The kitchen was poorly equipped. We had to buy several cooking items in order to cook. The furnishings were cheap and in poor condition. The curtains didn't close properly. The toilet seat in the down stairs toilet was broken and dangerous and the bedding was sub standard. There was a major bug problem with the screen on the main door broken. I was bitten 35 times in one night so we had to buy a fly swatter and keep all of the doors and windows closed all of the time. We have rented from OwnersDirect several times ain the bast and have been very satisfied. This was a major disappointment. I can only assume that you have not inspected this property. Don

Everything I expected

The people from the agency were very pleasant and helpful. A great location for visiting the area of southern Puglia. I recommend this place for both enjoying the beach and visiting the nearby tourist attractions.

Magnifique association mer-arrière pays

Très jolie maison, bien agencée, bien équipée et surtout très bien située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et très proche de la mer avec ses criques et ses plages. La grande terrasse en partie couverte est très agréable dès le petit déjeuner du matin et jusqu'au repas du soir qu'on peut y prendre très tranquillement. On peut aussi y lire à moins de préférer l'ombre du mimosa du petit jardin ou encore le soleil des terrasses attenantes à chacune des deux chambres. A recommander certainement!

Schönes Haus

Für Ende September hat das Haus eine schlechte Lage

Es wurde leider nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass Ende September das Café, das Restaurant und der Supermarkt in der Nähe geschlossen hatten. Daher war diese Gegend etwas einsam. Das Haus war gepflegt, ich würde es deshalb aber nicht weiter empfehlen. Wir nahmen dann eine Wohnung im Ort Torre Santa Sabina. Diese war unverständlicherweise teurer, und einfach ausgestattet. (Gartenstühle im Wohnzimmer, keine Decke zum Zudecken.) Ich empfehle diese Wohnung nicht. Der Ort Torre Santa Sabina hat uns gut gefallen, schöner Strand, nette Restaurants. Nicht weit entfernt sind Ostuni, Alberobello, und die Grotte Castellana.... und viele andere hübsche Städte.

Vacaciones con mis amigos de 4 patas

Nunca podia creermelo quando me dijeron que mis perros pudiera venir conmigo a la playa! Asi es: la agencia me ha aconsejado sobre las playas en que he podido ir con mis perros sin algun problema. La casa que reservé tiene jardin, lo ideal para gatos y perros. Casa muy preciosa en una calle tranquila però cerca de servicios y de un poquito de movida por la tarde. Me ha gustado, mucho!

Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Nice property, great organization

We came in Puglia for the first time this summer, and it won't be our last! Those who want to discover this region has to pass by this team of young people who do know their region and can give you best advice. We loved the property, very clean with a great location. Large space, very bright and equipped with everything we needed. Great service: they won't let you alone frome the arrival to the departure.

Appartamento comodo e curato.

Ottima posizione per chi vuole spostarsi in lungo e in largo per visitare la regione delle Puglie. Splendido il paesaggio marino e l'entroterra, pieno di ulivi mozzafiato! Unico neo: l'extra richiesto per il collegamento a internet e per il consumo dell'energia elettrica, davvero caro per l'uso che ne è stato fatto.

Ne pas louer avec cette agence !

La situation de la location a été problématique car le gestionnaire ne voulait pas donner le numéro de la villa alors qu'il y en a un. De plus la personne avec qui j'étais en contact ne semblait pas savoir où elle se trouvait! Nous avons eu un problème de serrure le soir à 20h, nous étions bloqués dehors et il a fallu insister pour qu'ils envoient quelqu'un. Pour le départ, le rendez-vous a été déplacé et non respecté (30mn de retard) alors que nous avions 1500 km à faire! La caution a été rendue de façon arbitraire et excessive car le gestionnaire n'avait plus les relevés des compteurs d'électricité! Même si la maison était agréable , les conditions de location sont suspectes. Je ne recommande pas cette agence.

Relax e ottimo cibo!

E' stata davvero una scelta ottima!| Ottimo il prezzo e la villa accogliete e davvero pulita. La vicinanza alle spiagge mi ha fatto apprezzare ancora di più questa vacanza. Non vedo l'ora di ritornare. Il cibo è stata poi una bella scoperta...tanti locali da visitare e in cui degustare tante pietanze diverse. I centri storici sono davvero molto particolari e pieni di arte. Vacanza da ripetere quanto prima!

Magnificent places to visit

Me and my girlfriend decided to spend a week's holiday in Puglia in April. Everything was according to our expectations. Beautiful weather, beautiful sea and uncrowded. We really found relaxation. The villa is very clean, all ordered. The sea just two steps away from us ... we took the opportunity to take long walks on the beach. The food then ..ha pleased our palates. We will return to find that peace.

Gran precio!

Nunca había estado en Puglia, pero creo que voy a estar de vuelta muy a menudo ... gran precio para unas vacaciones maravillosas. Fuimos muy bien recibidos por los hijos de la agencia que se ocupó de nuestra estancia. Tuvimos la oportunidad de moverse con facilidad y visitamos centros históricos fabulosos como Ostuni, la ciudad blanca. Cómoda casa por su ubicación estratégica y muy limpio y fragante. Cada día son recibidos con típicos ... deliciosos focaccia rellenos, las pérdidas de balón ... y fantástico orecchiette. Me refiero a volver pronto para probar estos platos. Con estos excelentes precios creo que voy a hacer más de un viaje;)

Période de calme pour leurs vacances

Je passai dans cet endroit calme une belle semaine de détente. Loin du bruit de la ville, je pouvais profiter dellle journées ensoleillées et soleil. La belle mer et les couleurs merveilleuses. Je pourrais continuer la randonnée en contact avec la nature. La maison confortable et propre, les gars qui ont accueilli m'a vraiment serviable et toujours prêt à me proposer de jour en jour des itinéraires à suivre et pubs pittoresques dans lesquelles dîner. Les plats typiques sont vraiment sensazionali.Ottimo services et la valeur pour l'argent. Expérience certainement être répété l'année prochaine!

Don't be afraid of long travelling..come in Puglia

I came in Puglia with my friends: as a gruop we needed a large house and it has been what we found when we arrived after a very long travel. Very clean, spacious and with a surprising outdoor area which allowed us to have a lot of barbecue. What a great beaches! What a stunning dawn could we have seen in the lovely Oasis of Torre Guaceto! One bad notes: I put on 3 kg in a week.. Apulian food is something incredibile! you all should go to 'Nonna Mena'. Lovely

Osterferien in Puglia

Ich wählte dieses Agentur und dieses Haus für die Osterferien meiner Kinder. Nice private garden and very near to the sea!

A villa all to ourselves for a very good price. The garden is large and for exclusive use. The beach near was lovely and sandy.. we had great time here..upon arrival we had a very kind person who speak english, perfectly! House was very clean. There are many restaurants walking distance and we loved Ostuni.. the ''white city town'' it's at 10 minutes drive... I want to thank you the real estate agency who help me for all our request.

Le mie vacanze in Puglia!

Accoglienza e disponibilità: ecco cos'ho trovato al mio arrivo in Puglia in un caldissimo pomeriggio d'Agosto, dopo diverse ore in auto. La casa vacanze prenotata ha superato ogni aspettativa: pulizia, ordine e nessuna sorpresa, dato che coincideva perfettamente alle foto e alle descrizione che tanto mi avevano attratto al momento della prenotazione. Ciò che non sapevo, è che mi sarei innamorata perdutamente di un territorio tutto da scoprire: ciò che rende la Puglia magica è una serie di posti come Locorotondo, Cisternino, Alberobello ( solo per citarne alcuni) che non sarei mai riuscita a scoprire senza la guida instancabile di una squadra come quella di quest'agenzia, sempre pronta ad offrire un consiglio mirato a quelle che erano le nostre aspettative una volta arrivati. Una sola settimana, non basta! Torneremo sicuramente, speriamo prestissimo: ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, le spiagge paradisiache ( l'Oasi di Torre Guaceto merita più di una visita!) che tanto hanno conquistato la mia bambina e una cultura e un territorio che non smette di regalare emozioni! A voi, staff, un solo consiglio: continuate così!
