15 minutes from the first beaches of the south (Ste Luce: Corps de garde, Fonds Larion, Pierre et Vacances), 20 minutes from the Diamant and the 3 islets (casino, many restaurants, bars and hotels) and very close to amenities (city center with banks, pharmacies, carrefour market, leader price 5 minutes away), while being located in a very quiet and residential area on the ventilated heights of Rivière-salée, this villa has all the comforts (fitted kitchen, Italian showers, television with Netflix, Amazon, large terrace with hammocks, pergola, swimming pool with spa function (submerged bench with massage nozzles), 3 bedrooms with capacity for 3 couples, or 2 couples and 2 children (2 double beds and the 3rd modular bed into 2 single beds or a double bed), and will offer you a cocoon of tranquility during your stay in Martinique.<br>Bed linen and towels are of course provided for the duration of the stay.<br>Parties, parties and any other festive events not allowed. No weekend rentals, minimum stay 7 days.
