A Wonderful Place to Stay!
We stayed 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Such a wonderful place to stay! Every room was super clean, and the home had everything we needed and more. We didn't have a chance to use the kitchen, but it's stocked with everything you could think of to make any meal. Highly recommend this lovely place to stay in Eugene!

Perfect cozy place
This house is nestled in a suburban neighborhood of beautiful homes. The hosts were exceptional and answered our questions immediately. We found the house had everything we needed and were grateful for a washer and dryer. It was a wet weekend for our family racing on Dexter Lake. The location is minutes from convenient shops and U if O campus. When the weather is nice, the walk around the neighborhood is amazing.

We had a wonderful stay! Enjoyed some close spots to eat and convenient to campus but out of the college feel. Our family of 4 (all adults) had enough room to move around and the property was well stocked with everything we needed.

This beautiful home is in an awesome neighborhood within walking distance to the university. A short walk through the neighborhood takes you to a beautiful park full of deer. The house has everything you need and has incredibly comfortable beds. The host has done an amazing job to make sure you have everything you need.

Perfect for a weekend stay. Very happy colorful decor and cozy bedrooms. There are quite a few steps if mobility is an issue but it was a great place for us to have as a home base in Eugene.

The house is comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed for a week stay and the owner was very responsive. There are quite a few stairs to navigate, so consider that if you have mobility issues.

Not only was it ideally located, had everyting we needed, the owner was easy to contact, it was easy to check in and was spotless. We felt like we were at home from the moment we walked in. A comforting get away. . .
The unit was cozy and private but still close to things my friend and wanted to see and do. The access to Hendrick's Park was great. We walked by the U of O campus and neighborhood and enjoyed the quiet space of the unit while catching up on each other's lives.

We had a wonderful stay at The Little Pink House. Everything was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well-appointed. It's located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, yet it was still close to everything we needed - restaurants, groceries, etc. Highly recommended!

It seems the whole of Eugene stands behind their Ducks. Hosts were pumped that my son and I were visiting the university. Lovely property. Brilliantly located. Essential oils to diffuse. Shower products provided. Comfy beds. If my son chooses UofO, I envision us staying here again and again and again.

Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Quiet location close to the University of Oregon, nice layout to the house, and good restaurants and a small market within an easy walking distance. Lara was wonderful to work with while we were there. Friendly and very quick to reply to a call. One tip if renting, don't rely on Google Maps to find the property. The property is not where you would expect to find if following the street addresses on Sunset. Instead, when turning onto Sunset from Fairmont, access the property by turning into the first alley on the right and then driving up to the end of the alley. You'll then see a small sign on the right for the stairs to the house. This is where you can park. Overall, wonderful stay, and we would stay again.

This house is so well kept and has everything you need for a home away from home! It’s quaint and super cozy, nestled in the tree’s. The university is within walking distance which is a huge plus as we were there to visit a student. We were granted an early check in and found the owner to be very responsive and pleasant. I will 100% rent this home again and again!

Perfect Place for a Campus Visit
We were in town for a campus visit at the U of O, which is conveniently a couple blocks away from this amazing home. The house was clean and very well stocked with just about everything you might need. Communication with Lara was wonderful; we felt well cared for the entire time we were there. Should our son choose to be a Duck, this will be our go-to place when we come for Parents Weekend and to visit.

In 2005 I took a beautiful trip to Italy. I stayed in my first vacation rental in Rome and I loved everything about it! The next year we went to Greece and stayed in vacation rentals the entire trip~ again it was a wonderful experience. In 2008 after a trip to Germany I came home and decided to turn our newly built Little Pink House into a vacation rental by owner. Since June 6th 2008 I have been welcoming world travelers, U of O visiting professors and parents of University of Oregon students. Some guests come and go and some become friends for life...it's always been a joy!
Since opening the Little Pink House I have stayed in vacation rental properties in 30 countries and I have added five other vacation rental properties to my list of beautiful places in Oregon to visit.

Why they chose this property

Why our property? That is a great question given the inventory in Eugene. When I first opened my doors as a vacation rental we were the 5th property! Now there are hundreds. If you are looking for a clean little house in a beautiful location with a fantastic price tag and owners who love to travel and also love hosting then take a look at the Little Pink House! We love our return guests and hope to soon be 100% word of mouth!
