On the first floor you will find the living room with kitchenette, sofa bed and closet. On the second floor there is the bedroom with a nice adjacent bathroom. Finally, on the floor above, there is the terrace of exclusive property with an enchanting sea view. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating.

Fabulous Flat, Great Location

Francesco's flat is fabulous. It is located centrally for the town and beach and offers everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Polignano A Mare. The flat is very clean and has great air conditioning for hot days. The rooftop terrace is lovely and has a view to the sea. Francesco replied promptly to my inquiries and was available during our stay. We really appreciated the welcome basket of fresh fruit and wine. I can highly recommend this flat for a stay in Puglia. Many towns are close by for daily excursions and Polignano A Mare has many cafes, bars, restaurants and little shops. Thank you Francesco!
