Sepulveda 4A is a fabulous apartment in the heart of L’Eixample neighborhood, known for its authentic experience thanks to the many Catalan locals. With a beautiful mixture of pine floors, soft pastels, and creamy beiges, this 5 bedroom apartment is a warm and welcoming home you will love living in. The fantastic balconies from the bedrooms offer a great view of the bustling neighborhood. Premium amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, hotel beds and linens, luxury toiletries and a Nespresso machine.

The apartment is a 20 minute walk to Las Ramblas; the bustling boulevard filled with high-end shops and a huge selection of first class restaurants. The famous la Sagrada de Familia, Gothic Quarter and Barcelona’s beautiful beaches are each just a 20-minute metro ride away.

This upscale apartment is perfect for an extended family or a group of friends and is the perfect place to discover the magical city of Barcelona.

Modern and well located

Nice modern flat with plenty of space for a group of 4. The location is perfect for those using the Airbus transport to/from the airport, which stops immediately in front of the flat. Well located near public transport and the Sant Antoni market. Would come again!

We were with friends on a few days trip. After making a reservation through booking, which I made incorrectly, I received a refund (despite the non-refundable offer) and the possibility of choosing another apartment, which made a positive impression on us at the beginning before departure. After arrival, in accordance with our request, we received permission for early check-in. A very nice Lady in the lobby stored our luggage and I guess that it was her I had contact with throughout our stay. With minimal complications with entering the apartment, we received help immediately and after a few minutes the problem was solved. Due to this situation, we received free transport to the airport, for which we are very grateful, because the Lady did not have to do it. I have never met such nice and helpful service, which is willingly interested in the customer. I highly recommend and thank you for a wonderful stay. We are planning another trip and will definitely use Sweett's services again.

Appartement rénové avec goût et fonctionnel, emplacement au top

Appartement rénové avec goût dans un joli immeuble. Très propre et bien équipé. Proche des transports en communs et des activités du centre de Barcelone. A noter cependant que la chambre parentale donne sur la rue, très passante, et sans double vitrage. Il faut donc prévoir les boucles quiets.
