We absolutely loved Dominique’s property. He was a fantastic host. He is very knowledgeable about the area, very quick to answer any questions. His apartment was immaculate between the downstairs and the loft. Such a pleasure to deal with him. The apartment was in a great place. Easy to explore Florence from his location. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room in the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here. We just loved it!!

Excellent rental! Location was perfect and close to great restaurants and major sites. The apartment suited the needs of our family of four. The ability to wash and dry our clothes was very much needed after staying in a hotel. The host was communicative, helpful, and very accommodating. He treated us like family!

The apartment was wonderful. Extremely clean and comfortable and its location, just a couple of short blocks to both the Ponte Vecchio and Santa Trinita bridges, worked very well for us. The apartment and street were very quiet, yet only just a two minute walk to Piazza Passera where there was an excellent trattoria, gelateria, cafe, and schiaccia. We loved spending time (and eating) there! Dominique was the perfect host and we greatly enjoyed our time with him on a tour of Chianti. He is now our Florentine friend! We had a wonderful 10 day stay at his apartment. It wasn't nearly long enough.

This apartment was the perfect location and size. It was immaculate, comfortable and exceptionally well stocked. Perfect to stay in, relax and cook. The owners thought of everything to make it feel like home. The design of the apartment was well thought out and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed the proximity to restaurants, exhibits and attractions. Everything was an easy, safe stroll. In addition to the great space, Dominique provided restaurant recommendations that were superb. As an additional option, we chose to spend a day touring a vineyard estate and sightseeing stops Dominique provided. It was a great option and took us places we wouldn't have found on our own. We would definitely stay again and recommend staying to our friends.

Greated by the amazing owner Dominque. Impressive timing shortly before our arrival. Wonderful walk through regarding everything we needed to know about the apartment. This apartment is lovely with its beautiful modern upgraded kitchen and bathroom. Every amenity one needs to stay a few nights, a week or month plus. Beautiful glass doors open to the enclosed courtyard from the 2nd floor. Live plans hanging from the railings reminds me of home away from home. The beds were very comfortable with extra linens provided. A kind gift basket upon for our stay was a kind thought. The location of this apartment is perfect. Down a small quite street, short walk from coffee shops, food and more yet not so close you would be waken by noisy streets. About a quarter of a mile is the Arno River with easy bridge access to historical sites, Churches, shopping, food, cafés, grocery stores everything was in abundance and at our fingertips.My husband and I plan to return to this apartment villa in the near future for more exploring of what Florence gas to offer.Thank you Dominque we look forward to seeing you again.

Dominique was great. Shared his WhatsApp contact as soon as we booked and was available via messages throughout the trip - super nice and friendly.He made a reservation for us at a nice place nearby on the first evening which was very helpful - we didn’t have to worry about finding a good place immediately upon arrival.When we were checking out our flight was in the evening and he graciously let us check out a few hours later - which was also very convenient.The place is located 10-15min walk from the main attractions of Florence - yet it doesn’t feel like you are in a busy area, very quiet

Comfortable place in an ideal location

Amazing time in Florence!

We had a quick, but wonderful one night stay in Florence. We loved the accommodations, they were the perfect blend of old-world charm with a modern touch. The location was great for us and our family of 3 found the apartment very comfortable. Communication, check in and check out were all wonderful thanks to our host. He made us feel right at home and helped with dinner reservations at the perfect restaurant.

Wonderful loft in great location in Florence

We loved this charming apartment and it was perfect for 4 adults (2 couples), despite only 1 bathroom. The apartment was beautifully furnished and well supplied with everything we needed. And Dominique was very gracious and helpful. We loved it and we will be back again next time we are in Florence!

We would 100% recommend this property for your trip to Florence. The owner, Dominique, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Communication was flawless and he went the extra mile to make dinner reservations and suggestions for activities and dining. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had every amenity necessary. We really appreciated its location on the other side of the river where it was a little less crowded. We would definitely stay again.

I really appreciated reading this very nice review from this charming family. I made dinner reservations and gave them lots of sugestions to make their even more enjoyable. I am very glad they were very pleased with my recommendations. It is also a pleasure to hear that they enjoyed staying at the apartament and appreciated its location. I would love to them to host again at any time they wish to come back. Guests highly recommended!

Spacious and elegant, it was perfect for a 5 night break. The location is excellent, less than 5 minute walk from Ponte Vecchio, in the heart of a creative but quite quiet neighbourhood, full of antique shops and artists studios. Great range of restaurants and bars nearby too.

The Pitti Loft is in a perfect location - off the beaten path but not too far off! Everything about this apartment was perfect - amenities, layout, all appliances. Dominique was a perfect host - caring and helpful with all of our needs

Visit to Florence

We really enjoyed the property location and comfort. The property owner was very helpful with activities in Florence and obtaining transportation for our departure. Overall was a very pleasant experience.

I really enjoyed hosting these very charming guests. I am very pleased that they enjoyed the loft, the city of Florence and the recommendations I gave them. I have travelled quite a lot in my previous carreer. I am very fond of languages. I do speak several ones as I have always lived in different countries and worked with different people belonging to various countries and cultures. My wife Sondra and I have three children. They study at College and at University. I, together with Sondra, enjoy this job taking care at all times of our guests, starting in the booking process, then upon check-in, during their stay arranging, among other things, winery tours with wine & olive oil tasting and upon check-out, ordering for them a taxi, if necessary. We really feel very committed to them. I am also a consultant in a different field but this rental activity is really the one that gives me more pleasure and a great deal of satisfaction. We meet all sorts of interesting people and my natural sense of hospitaity makes me feel almost instantaneously close to them . My motto is "come as a guest and leave as a friend!". That is the reason why we spend all the time and the effort necessary to our guests who deserve the best they can expect from a special City like Florence and from our home. We alway make sure and remind ourselves that our guest HAPPINESS and COMFORT are our top priority!

For this reason our wish was that our friends and travelers could enjoy a holiday in a Home, accurately restored with refined pieces of furniture that belonged to antique Florentine Homes. The Florence Pitti Loft is situated in the heart of the most exclusive area of Florence: L' OLTRARNO, typical historical district of Florence between PIAZZA PITTI and its BOBOLI GARDENS and PIAZZA SANTO SPIRITO. The Loft is quiet, charming and elegant. Florence Pitti Loft is located on the first floor ( second for Americans) of an XV century building with historical impressive features but has at the same time all the modern amenities you can think of. It is ideal on vacation or on a business trip as it is near all the best that Florence can offer, making our dear guests feel "at home" in this amazing and beautiful city.

We are always available to help our guests starting in the booking process and upon check-in and of course, during their vacation for anything they may need in order to make their stay very enjoyable and memorable.
