House 5 minutes walk from the beach of Moulleau Arcachon

A bright house, pleasant in all seasons, 3 mins walk from the heart of the “village” with its cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, grocery store, newspapers, and oyster bar.
Moulleau beach at 250m, pier for visiting Cap Ferret and going to the ocean nearby too.
Arcachon station 15 minutes by bus.
The house consists of a living / dining room adjoining a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, 4 electric hot plates, electric oven and microwave.
5 bedrooms, 10 beds and 3 bathrooms distributed as follows:
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with WC
On the ground floor, a bathroom with WC
On the lower level furnished with independent entrance: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with WC.
Central heating and fireplace. Wireless. Washer and dryer.

You will appreciate the terrace (patio) in exotic wood not overlooked facing south surrounded by vine leaves. With the small pool and loungers for lounging, the dining area under the wrought-iron arbor with the BBQ is a real haven of peace.

Propriété dans le pure style des maisons Arcachonnaise, La conception de cette Villa, sa propreté et sa situation géographique (200 m de la plage et 150 m du centre ville de la station balnéaire du Moulleau et à mi chemin entre la dune du pyla et le centre ville d'arcachon) font que cet endroit fut parfait pour notre famille
