fully furnished and equipped (WIFI + TV)
Ground floor: WC, fitted kitchen with washing machine, ceramic stove, electric microwave oven, dishwasher, electric coffee makers and Nespresso) large living and dining room. 1 independent bedroom with double bed, walk-in shower room
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with storage including 1 bedroom with double bed and child's bed, a second bedroom with double bed and a children's bedroom with 3 single beds. TV sofa landing. Bathroom bath, shower. Toilet. 1 shower room
Bed and bathroom linen is provided at an additional cost of 70 euros.
TGV access from Paris in 1 hour 40 minutes or Angoulême airport is easy.
Barbecue, swimming pool equipment, games for children and adults books.
The cleaning if you wish is 60 euros.

Nous avons été accueilli par Agnès qui a multiplié les attentions pour nous être agréable.Mes 2 petits enfants ont trouvé plein de jeux ,livres à leur disposition. Ils étaient ravis.le jardin est très beau et juxte la piscine Un bel endroit à découvrir..
