Fantastic property

Family Reunion

We had a family reunion with people ranging in age from 5 months to 84. The residence was spacious and relaxing. We loved that there was something to do for all ages, from the clubhouse to the pool to games around the table. My only gripe was that a residence that sleeps 32 people should have more than a standard size fridge/freezer. Even having a smaller fridge in the garage would have been amazing. We had to bring 2 ice chests (30 gallon) for food. Nice place and location. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great place to stay!

What a great place to come together as family and enjoy time together. The house had all that we needed. We enjoyed the pool, gym, spa and clubhouse. The convient location to food and groceries was perfect! Plenty of room and plenty of space. Thanks for such an enjoyable stay!

Perfect home to gather our family. We loved being so close to the pool and clubhouse.

We had a wonderful time staying at Arcadia #21 with our family group of 30. The home is beautiful, spacious and large enough to accommodate all ages. The kids loved being close to the pool and the fun bunk beds. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Communication

Our family trip was delightful. We had a small issue with the residence that was taken care of promptly and with the desired amount of seriousness. We understand unforeseen circumstances may occur but it was reassuring to know management was positively responsive. We would book again with confidence.

Perfect house for a team trip!

Clean and beautiful. The house comfortably fit our entire basketball team. Plenty of table space to eat, grill worked great, killer pool (and clubhouse) and the huge grass area right out our back door was perfect for volleyball and spikeball.

First Family Get-A-Way at a resort

Ideal in the sun!

We loved how close we were to the water park and the lawn areas were nice for our grandchildren to play and we could see them from the back patio.

Fall Southern Utah Vacation

This is.great property for a family gathering. Our grandsons loved the swimming pool and lazy river, and our adult children enjoyed access to southern Utah’s recreational opportunities. The home is well appointed, clean and welcoming.

Beautiful vacation home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation at Arcadia 21. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The pool was amazing. The location of the house couldn’t have been better for our group, right across from the pool and the additional parking. We were short on bath towels and kitchen towels but the management company was great and helped us get what we needed right away. You can’t go wrong staying at this amazing place! I highly recommend it!

Beautiful and lots of room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house for large groups. Beautiful and easy access to amenities. Our only problem was with the fridge. It had a hard time keeping ice water with drip from the ice dispenser. Freezer didn’t seem to work right. Other than that we loved it.
