Perched above the village of Vidauban, in the heart of the Massif des Maures and at the foot of the Argens River, this magnificent villa offers modern comforts.

In addition to breathtaking views, it features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a pantry/laundry room (washing machine, dryer, and two refrigerators). A spacious living room opens onto a beautiful covered terrace.

There are five lovely bedrooms (four doubles and one with two single beds), each with built-in wardrobes. Three bathrooms (one full bathroom and two shower rooms) complete the villa. Amenities include a swimming pool, a pétanque court, a gas barbecue, and a ping-pong table.

Beautiful

What an amazing villa, beautifully presented, and in a lovely quiet area of Vidauban. We were very well looked after by the owner and house keeper. Less than 5 minute drive into Vidauban and easy access to motorways. I have already recommended this villa to two friends and would happily return

Séjour parfait dans une magnifique villa

Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques dans cette villa qui est très très bien équipée et très spacieuse. Il ne manque absolument rien dans cette maison, on y est comme chez soi ! Une route assez compliquée à emprunter permet d’y accéder mais ça vaut le coup, la vue est superbe et l’endroit est calme sans être totalement isolé (voisins autour mais aucun vis à vis! Tout est arboré) Il faut absolument une voiture car les commerces sont à 10 minutes minimum en voiture (toujours par cette route « de montagne » avec des passages étroits et les 300 derniers mètres en cailloux…) La maison est en dehors du centre de vidauban, sur les hauteurs. Le propriétaire est sérieux , la gérante Fiona et le pisciniste sont au top, sympas et hyper réactifs. La maison était très propre, et nous avions déjà réglé le ménage et l’électricité sur Abritel, rien d’autre ne nous a été réclamé. La piscine (grande, environ 4X8) n’est pas chauffée mais le climat le permet, la clim fonctionne pour la pièce principale et pas pour les chambres mais en gérant bien l’aération et les volets, pas de problème ! En conclusion cette location nous a permis de sillonner et découvrir la région, en maximum 45 min nous étions sur des sites touristiques connus comme ste Maxime, frejus, port grimaud, sillans la cascade… et 30 min de draguignan, roquebrune sur argens… C’était parfait !! Famille de 6 personnes, dont 3 grands ados et une petite de 7ans.

Merci pour votre appréciation! Si la maison était parfaite,les locataires l'étaient tout autant,très respectueux des lieux et ne causant aucun dégât,contrairement à deux locataires de 2022 qui ont causé plus de 2000 euros de dégradations diverses!

Première et dernière fois dans cette location

Prestations non conforme au tarif! Et électricité à payer en plus!. Chemin d'accès nid de poules et grosses pierres attention aux voitures sportives! A savoir que la climatisation n'est que dans le salon. et pas dans les chambres.

Cette personne a considéré normal d'occuper la maison à 9! personnes pendant 14 jours sans payer un euro d'électricité!! Cela s'appelle de la malhonnêteté. De plus,elle a déchiré un fauteuil de marque sans le signaler. Au total,elle est partie en me laissant une ardoise de 550 euros!!

Jolie maison mais propriétaire pas correct

Maison très confortable mais le propriétaire (juste avant et pendant le séjour) nous a inondé de messages pour que nous réglions le linge de maison et le ménage; or j’avais déjà tout réglé via Abritel. Il me demandait donc de payer 2 fois!!!! Argumentant qu’Abritel lui prenait une commission trop importante… Et ensuite il m’a traité de malhonnête. Il m’a aussi demandé de payer EDF en cash alors même que ce n’était pas prévu dans le devis Abritel. Bref expérience très désagréable et propriétaire limite malhonnête.

Cette locataire a trouvé normal de partir sans payer un seul euro d’électricité pour 9 personnes. Il s’agit non seulement de malhonnêteté mais aussi de vol, surtout dans les problèmes d’énergie que nous vivons tous!
