This charming Studio is very functional and tastefully furnished. It has a bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedding is very upscale, towels for each traveler are provided.
The accommodation is mainly provided for travelers / delegates.
We welcome travelers in person and our concierge service is available to answer your requests.
The district of 'La Californie' in Cannes constitutes a haven of peace where the most prestigious residences and villas of Cannes are housed.
The 'Palm Eden' residence is less than 200m from the Montfleury complex with tennis club, children's park and an indoor / outdoor swimming pool.
The center of Cannes is 15 minutes away on foot, 5 more for the beaches.

Your apartment includes a Standard welcome pack and will be set up for your comfort by our team:Bedroom: bedding plus a bath towel, a towel and a toilet kit per person;
Bathroom: bath mat, soap and a supply of toilet paper;
Kitchen: kitchen towel, paper towels and essential items for cooking;
For additional requests, such as towels, beach towels ... or other services, please contact us either at the time of booking and at least 72 hours before registration.

Cleaning after checking out is included, however it is asked to empty the dishwasher or wash the dishes, tidy up and to take out the garbage before checking out.
