Welcome to Villa SOLIMARÉ, a haven of peace nestled in a secure estate. Enjoy an unforgettable stay with friends or family, with a heated infinity pool and breathtaking sea views!

Exceptional living space:

Our villa offers a vast air-conditioned living room, bathed in light thanks to its large picture windows, opening onto superb terraces with plunging views of the sea and pool.

The main kitchen, also air-conditioned, is fully equipped for gourmets:
American fridge, two dishwashers, induction hob, traditional oven & microwave, Nespresso, coffee maker, wine cellar, ice machine and a vast central island with dining area.

The main floor features :
- 2 air-conditioned master bedrooms with stunning sea and pool views,
- 2 bathrooms with shower,
- 2 separate WCs,
- Spacious living/dining room with TV corner,
- A large extendable dining table for up to 14 guests.

On the ground floor, you'll find:
- 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, including 2 with magnificent sea views and Queen-size beds,

Fantastic property with incredible views. The house was a great place to stay and what a great welcome from Barbara, who manages the house. Everyone was so nice including the pool man and gardener and made us very welcome. Top rating for a great location and wonderful restaurant and beach at Plage de la Elephants at the end of the drive. Sainte Maxime was great place to go and very friendly . All in all great place to stay and will be back soon.

Perfect

The host Barbara was very courteous and helpful. As soon as we arrived, the view took our breath away. Everything was as advertised. There were 7-8 adults and we had ample room for a few more. The kitchen amenities were perfect and we cooked several evenings. We wanted to use the grill, but never got around to it. I cannot think of anything we needed, but did not have. I would highly recommend this to future travelers.

Amazing stay

My family and I stayed here in July. It was great! Beautiful view, good sized pool, even a ping pong table! The house was spacious and clean and the beds were quite comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Magical stay in southern France

The property was even better than the pictures suggested; the view is drop dead gorgeous and there are so many different places to sit and relax, gather and eat, play games or just stare out to the sea. there are two refrigerators as well as a freezer and two separate stoves as well as a bbq. we were 12 adults so we were constantly cooking and cleaning up and while the kitchen initially seemed small it was more than adequate and well equipped. we also rented electric bikes for the stay and that made it easier for some of us to go up and down the hill as we didn't all have cars; and some in the group actually walked to the beach from the house, though it's certainly a workout. Most of the rooms have a gorgeous view and the bathrooms were sufficient for the size of the group. our only challenge was the gate key as some people in the group departed early and on other nights we were dropped out late by uber so we needed to be able to let the uber out. it was a small frustration given the overall incredible experience and in the end it all worked fine. nothing but nothing beats this view. it was the backdrop to many wonderful photos and made the days and nights easy to enjoy even without any other plans. we saw a rainbow and a strawberry moon while there - which made it even more magical. highly recommend this property.

Spectacular Villa with a priceless view

We were a family gathering of 15 persons - 10 adults and 5 children. The accommodations were exactly perfect for this combination. Five bedroom for each couple; some with ensuites and some with shared bathroom and one large room for 5 children (bunk bed with a trundle & 2 twin beds). The basement has 4 bedrooms (including children's room with air conditioning and walk out patio to the pool. There was a barrier between patio and pool that we were provided with to add protection for 2 year old in our group. There was also a pool alarm. The Villa is beautiful and the endless sunrises and sea views could never get old. The property has lush landscaping and is very comfortable with many options for outdoor seating. The upstairs has two bedrooms with each a bathroom. The basement was fully air conditioned while the upstairs only the bedrooms have AC. It made cooking very hot and although there was a second kitchen in basement, it was not supplied with pots/pans etc so I didn't use it. I recommend having vehicles for this property as it is high on a hill which makes it less walkable (although we did go to beach on foot - about 15 minutes uphill to return to villa but very hot!)

Séjour parfait ! Maison parfaite ! et quelle vue!

Une vue magnifique sur la mer, une piscine a débordement agréable et chauffée, intérieur de la maison moderne et fonctionnel, à cinq minutes à pied de la plage avec accès direct , plage de la nartelle très propre et très agréable avec ses restaurants sur le sable, très agréablement surpris par ce séjour à sainte maxime on reviendra.

Une vue à couper le souffle

Nius avons passe une semaine idyllique dans une region que nous connaissions mal. La maison est tres bien conçue et permet de profiter des extérieurs. La vue est dingue, le matin, la journee, le soir. Nous avons eu des couchers de soleil incroyables.

Onvoorstelbaar mooi uitzicht!!!!

Geweldige plek, wat een uitzicht!!! Zwembad super. Huis erg schoon, maar her en der wat gedateerd, met name de keuken , sommige badkamers en de huiskamer beneden met de 4 persoonskamer. Die mogen echt een upgrade krijgen, bijv een kastje om alle losse tv draden. Een extra parasol ook prettig. Verder een zalige plek om te verblijven en te relaxen met een mooie tuin en geweldige palmbomen.

Location villa Solimare

Une situation exceptionnelle, au calme avec une vue mer 180 degrés. Piscine à débordement. Villa fonctionnelle avec un bel espace de vie. Chambres vue mer. Décoration intérieure contemporaine. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Le service de la conciergerie est très réactif et agréable. Nombreuses sorties à proximité. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Très beau lieu de vacances

Cette demeure est très bien pensée. La vue est merveilleuse. Le centre ville est à trois minutes et la plage aussi : tout est très pratique. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Séjour de rêve

Villa magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur la baie des dauphins! Le lever de soleil sur la terrasse nous a laissé un souvenir inoubliable! La maison est très bien conçue pour une vie en famille ou entre amis, la décoration a été réalisée avec soin et les équipements sont parfaits! Le petit plus c’est la piscine chauffée avec vue mer 😍
