KITCHEN: Ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven. TV.
BATHROOM: shower, sink and WC.
Residence with swimming pool, approx. 50m from the beach and shops of Richelieu.
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the Syndicat and is open from mid-June to the beginning of September.
A safety deposit of 400 € is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard).
