Located on the 4th floor with an elevator in a typical old Lyon building, this apartment will provide you with all the comforts you need.
Equipped with a very comfortable and recently changed double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom, it features a flat-screen TV and high-speed internet connection, making it the ideal place for your stay in Lyon.
Located on the peninsula, close to the tourist attractions and numerous shops on Rue de la République.
The Hôtel Dieu is a 5-minute walk away, the Opera 2 minutes and the famous square Bellecour, 10 minutes.
The apartment is equipped with a key box for easy and independent check-in from 3 p.m. Check-out is possible until 11 a.m.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING :
Due to a malfunction with the building's front door, we have placed the electronic key card/badge and keys in a key box in an apartment located a 5-minute walk away.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18E (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).
According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
