Brand new luxury beach front condo inside the world famous surf community of Hacienda Iguana. This condo is a 2 story , 2 bedroom 3 full bathroom condo with its private rooftop and pool. The condo sleeps 6 adults plus 2 children (8) that can be accommodated in the sleeper sofa on first floor. The condo has been decorated and outfitted sparing no expense. Villa Coronado is a true beach front condo, nestled between world class surf breaks Colorado and Panga Drops. Villa Coronado is inside the gated community of Hacienda Iguana. some of the benefits are: access to our golf course, 2 fully stacked stores, one surf shop, walk in clinic, 5 restaurants and bars and 24 hour security.

Great beachfront stay!

Ricardo was a great host. He was very responsive and immediately worked to repair anything that needed it during the holidays. The apartment is clean, modern and spacious. Perfect for a family of 5, my 3 kids shared a room with bunk beds and my husband and in the master. The beach is right in front of the property which was the best part. Definitely one of our best stays at Iguana.

Flawless

I live part time in Nicaragua and know the resort/beach communities well, having rented homes and condominiums many times. Ricardo was a pleasure to work with, providing all the necessary details for trip prep and the stay, and was responsive to questions. His condominium was clean, well equipped, comfortable and offered a perfect stay. Everything was as shown on the website. I really was flawless. Many thanks Ricardo!
