La Grenade Love Shack est un petit endroit ancien où vous pouvez vous réunir.

Moins de 100 pas de la paisible plage de Morne Rouge BBC, St. George, Grenade, The Love Shack est un petit endroit où vous pouvez vous réunir. Le condo indépendant est une chambre avec un lit king-size américain et un canapé-lit double, il peut donc accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes (5 si quelqu'un aime un hamac sur une véranda!).

La cuisine entièrement équipée est datée, mais vous propose tous les appareils en bon état de marche, y compris le réfrigérateur / congélateur, la cuisinière et les ustensiles de cuisine. Pour les amateurs de café, il y a une machine à café. Pour les teatotallers, il y a une bouilloire. Un micro-ondes et un grille-pain sont disponibles pour les non-chefs. (Désolé, thé et café non inclus).

La salle de bain est également minable chic, mais entièrement fonctionnelle, bien que le bidet soit maintenant une sculpture d'art moderne! Bientôt - une douche extérieure pour rincer le sel et le sable de vos élégantes mèches de cheveux et de vos membres bronzés.

Si vous en avez besoin, emportez de la lumière, car il y a une laveuse sur place, ainsi qu'une corde à linge et des épingles à linge.

Pour les jours de pluie, profitez d'une pléthore de livres dans notre bibliothèque et de films DVD à regarder sur notre petit téléviseur 13 ". La meilleure chose à faire est de traîner sur la véranda couverte dans le hamac et profiter de la vue! Glissez une chanson dans le lecteur cd et faites une sieste.

Situé à moins d'une minute à pied du fabuleux restaurant Sangria d'un côté et du Kalinago Bay Resort de l'autre, vous pouvez également facilement marcher quelques minutes de plus pour rejoindre le sympathique et animé Flamboyant Resort, où se trouvent un pub et un restaurant sur la plage. De là, vous êtes à l'extrémité sud de la plage de Grand Anse, alors promenez-vous au coucher du soleil sur la plage pour dîner dans l'un des hôtels. Se sentir paresseux? Commandez à partir de plusieurs lieux de livraison locaux.

Le Love Shack est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se relaxer pour les jeunes mariés, deuxième et troisième fois autour de Mooners, petites familles, couples ou tout simplement vous-même. Profitez du rythme tranquille de la vie insulaire, nagez et traînez avec les habitants sympathiques de la Grenade. Mais ne vous inquiétez pas si le fait d'être dans un autre monde vous fait peur - nous avons une connexion Wi-Fi limitée pour que vous puissiez consulter vos e-mails et publier sur les réseaux sociaux afin que tous vos amis puissent se complaire dans votre bonne fortune!

Hidden gem in paradise

Steps from the beach with a veranda with a magnificent view! Repeat customer and always satisfied. True relaxation in a local spot, personally I rent a car to be able to move about but find myself on BBC beach with a pina colada daily anyway :) quick drive to grande Anse or true Blue for lots of restaraunt options!

Love shack

Great porch. Awesome beach and sunset views. Aisha the manager was so nice and helpful. The kitchen was very tiny, dorm size fridge under the counter. Minimal counter space. Plenty of kitchen gadgets and utensils. Lucky for us, there were no people staying next door, otherwise it wouldn't be very private. The NY Times recommended La Plywood restaurant which is close to the rental. The grocery store is nearby as is Grand Anse beach. Parking is tough on weekends.

Stunning views and outdoor space

We absolutely loved staying in this apartment. Being able to swing in a hammock listening to the waves on Morne Rouge beach in relative seclusion was the perfect getaway. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only a twenty five minute walk to the grocery store and a two minute walk to the beach was all we needed.

3rd stay -- stay again and again! fantastic location!

I am a 5 star resort kinda gal -- but this place is absolutely PERFECT for the home feels and steps from the beach. Clean & simple, quaint with perfect veranda -- feels like home now! This is my 3rd time staying at the Love Shack and I will stay again and again. Steps from the beach and Amber is great communicating with us! You couldn't ask for a better location or view or better part of town!

Perfect Location

The location couldn't be better--overlooking Mourne Rouge and a short walk to Grand Anse (and the IGA). Just the right size for two people. Price can't be beat! Hosts very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We fully recommend!

Quite cluttered, views of beach, disgusting inside shower!

The beach views are somewhat dampened by a huge children's play structure (not the owner's fault) and many stairs need to be circumnavigated with heavy luggage (again not the owner's fault). The inside shower is another matter! The tub is stained, the paint is peeling and there is an abundance of mould and mildew. This needs to be addressed soon. It goes past the definition of "shabby chic" and is really quite disgusting!!!

I'm terribly sorry that you were disappointed. It's a mountainous island and I'm glad you didn't stay at one of the other resorts where there are 3-5x as many steps! The island is both pet and child friendly, so of course there are nice things for them to do. As for the indoor tub/shower, admittedly a refurbishment needs doing, but there is absolutely no mold or mildew. (I arrived shortly after you left.) The place has been so booked that we have been unable to schedule a remodel, plus we only bought it last year and are spreading our remodel budget.) I'm glad you didn't stay before we bought it and replaced most of the furniture, the washing machine and the air conditioner, as well as new kitchen utensils and a paint job. (Everywhere but the bathroom!) The bathroom is scheduled for a painting during our stay so guests aren't inconvenienced. Next time you may wish to stay in a posh resort, more to your standards. This is the "Grenada Love Shack." I have represented it as such. It is on a hilly island called Grenada. It's is surround by laid back and loving people. It's not posh, it's a little shack.

Great location

Wer stayed for a week. The loveshack is a bit of a shack, but has everything you need and the patio overlooking the Mourned Rouge beach is stunning. The condo in general is well kept, the outdoor shower is great. Kitchen well equipped, fast internet. Steps from the Rouge Morneau Beach and a short 5 min walk to Grant Anse. Reading lights on the night stands were the only things we missed...we can highly recommend this place, as long as you are not too fuzzy about some peeling paint in the bathroom, or some clutter here or there.

Thanks for your comments, Susanne. We've had so many bookings that we couldn't get the bathroom painted! I'll be there next week and we'll sort that out:) Bed side reading lamps have been mentioned before, so I'm bringing that upgrade with me as well.

Can't wait to go back!!!

The Love Shack was everything we needed! Away from the big crowds of the resorts and at the best beach on the island! We loved the condo, it had everything we needed and the outdoor area was where we spent most our time. The outdoor shower is a big bonus! If you need anything, Bentley is great to lean on. Staying at the Love Shack, we found we truly relaxed as opposed to staying on a resort....we didn't have structured meal times, we could sleep in without worrying we won't get loungers on the beach, and most important we were not trying always trying to avoid that one annoying person you tend to run into all the time at a resort..lol From the Love Shack it is a beautiful walk to the grocery store, some shopping and more restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. We stopped at the grocery store right from the airport to pick up some basic needs. Right across from the Love Shack The Plywood Bar was our favourite, Levi makes the best fish taco's. Gerard took us out on a tour and fishing which was a great adventure which I would definitely recommend, he is hilarious. The Love Shack is steps from the beach which has loungers available for free. The locals from the area are extremely friendly and very helpful if you have any questions. We are starting to plan our next visit back to the Love Shack already!!

A Gem of a Property with stunning views

The Love Shack is compact yet has absolutely everything one needs for an enjoyable stay including a/c in the bedroom. The bathroom is a good size, with a shower and bath tub. From the property entrance there are quite a few steps down (and up!) as this is the end property at the bottom of this small gated development. However, on the plus side, this makes it easy to access the beach which is only a few steps away across a lane where there is a good restaurant which is handy for breakfast etc. The Love Shack is very well equipped if you are into cooking which I am not. The terrace with seating gives a stunning view of a very nice beach. (In my estimation, nicer than Grand Anse as there were very few people on it when I stayed and its a great swimming beach too. The colour is amazing and a shallow reach for swimming). At the entrance to the gated community is another good place serving great coffee and pastries. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Morne Rouge beach is tranquil and quiet most days, although locals visit in droves not the weekends. Grand Anse beach is just over the hill, offering you a plethora of activities and things to do.

You can't get much closer to the beach than this property. It is secure, close to several restaurants and bars and only minutes walk to the south end of Grand Anse beach.
