Lovely, cosy apartment ideally located at bottom of slopes.

Very well furnished with a charming character. The main telecabine lift is just a minute or so walk away and the apartment is also well located for the village centre.The open log fire made the living area lovely and cosy.The Trois Vallees is an amazingly large ski area with many wonderful runs.

Fantastic stay in Saint Martin

We enjoyed our stay at the appartement very much. The location is superb, situated right next to the ski lift and the appartement is well-equiped, nicely decorated and clean. Everything was well organised by the host.

Lovely chalet in a great location - perfect for accessing the slopes. Very comfortable, cosy and well equipped - a real home from home. The owner was super helpful and communicative.

This is a GREAT apartment for skiing. A few things to know that were not clear to us before. You can see the gondola (St Martin 1) from the front door - two minutes to walk there. You enter the apartment from an exterior staircase on the second floor. There is a ski locker at the top of the stairs outside. Plenty of room for 4 pairs of skis. Might be tight for more. There is a boot warmer at the entrance which is great. There is also a toilet room. Then you enter the open living room, dining room and kitchen. All very cozy and nicely furnished. My husband does not ski and loved being here most days. There is a great view off the small back deck. The second floor up a narrow but not steep set of stairs has 3 bedrooms. The primary has a king bed, dresser, closet, and an attached bathroom with a sink and shower. There is a second toilet room in the hallway. There is also another bathroom with a tub/shower and sink. There are two other small bedrooms. One with a full bed and one with two twins which felt a bit smaller than American twins (or at least just one did). Our two teen kids enjoyed these rooms and found them very cozy. The apartment is close to the ski slopes and also several very good restaurants and a patisserie and coffee shop up the hill. There is no assigned parking but there is a big lot within a 4 min walk. It’s the main lot for the lifts so it can get busy in the morning. No issue parking overnight. Saint Martin is a very cute town!

L’appartement idéal !! Au pieds des pistes, très joliment décoré, parfaitement équipé… 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, idéal pour une famille même avec de grands enfants. Service de conciergerie très réactif Nous reviendrons !

Séjour en famille avec nos enfants adultes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’ambiance très chaleureuse de l’appartement. La situation est optimale pour les skieurs qui n’ont que quelques mètres à parcourir pour rejoindre les remontées. Très bon accueil assuré par la conciergerie locale.

Très bien placé, mais des éléments perfectibles qui peuvent être corrigés.

Tres bien placé a 20m de la remontée principale du village avec cours esf juste devant, très pratique pour nous et les enfants. Coeur station avec tous les avantages. C'est un appartement avec accès direct sur l’extérieur, un peu une petite maison. La décoration est cosy, ambiance montagne. Équipement de cuisine correct. En revanche il faut gravir un escalier assez raide avec skis et chaussures… pas facile, sera très délicat pour personnes âgées ou jeunes en bas ages. Le placard a ski à côté de la porte d’entrée est pratique mais petit pour tout le matériel de 6 personnes (un autre placard existe mais non ouvert pour nous). De même l’entrée de l’appartement est vite encombré de chaussures… Un matelas dans la deuxième chambre est très déformé façon hamac, a changer d’urgence. Au final c’est un bien intéressant, mais une literie doit être renouvelée.

Magnifique séjour

L’appartement situé au 1er étage d un chalet est super confortable, avec une déco soignée et cosy on se sent comme chez soi c’est vraiment très agréable ! Le logement est très bien équipé super cuisine avec beaucoup d ustensiles très pratique ( cafetière Nespresso, robots , plat à gâteau, appareil à raclette, pirrade , etc ). Le feu de cheminée dans le séjour est un vrai plus . La vue du balcon sur les montagne est top ! L appartement est idéalement situé sur les pistes et proche du centre du village qui est très mignon. Petit bémol nous concernant qui avons un bébé de 8 mois : pas de lit bébé ni de chaise haute mais sinon tout était TOP! Allez y les yeux fermés.

Une habitation chaleureuse face aux pistes dans un joli village savoyard

Petite partie d’un grand chalet comportant d’’autres locations (la dénomination « chalet » est ici un peu usurpée ) . Le « chalet » est au 1er étage, ce qui est plutôt un avantage car situé dans une zone de passage (juste entre le télécabine et le parking...). Sa localisation face au front de neige est top car tout est à proximité: loueur de ski (très sympa d’ailleurs) dans le même bâtiment, ESF, achat forfaits, supérette avec pain frais le matin sont à 1 minute. Les enfants peuvent aller et rentrer seuls des cours de ski. En ce qui concerne le chalet, la pièce à vivre et les chambres sont petites mais l’ensemble est propre, en bon état et chaleureux. Le chalet est bien chauffé, du bois est mis à disposition pour la cheminée. On s’y sent vraiment bien. 2 bémols cependant d’un point de vue personnel: les matelas des grands lits sont vraiment très mous (je suis habituée à une literie ferme et là c’est tout le contraire) et il y a des tapis en peau, des couvre lits et des coussins en fausse fourrure un peu partout... Mais, même si j’ai eu mal au dos et souvent éternué, j’y retournerai très certainement car toute la famille a adoré.

Comfortable and cozy place in a great location.

The apartment is perfectly located near the St Martin gondola. It’s tastefully decorated and charming, the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and the bedrooms are comfortable. Great fireplace and generally a homely feel. The low points are stairs to the apartment (narrow and steep) and not appropriate for a young child (trouble carrying a baby and the stroller), the bedrooms are rather small, we were only able to squeeze a baby cot into one. Tiny bathrooms as well. Generally, a great place, comfortable and clean, not a luxury apartment though.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le chalet offre tout le confort souhaité et de bons équipements. Sa situation est parfaite: à 10m du télécabine St Martin Express, de l'école de ski pour les enfants et de chouettes rendez-vous après-ski. Carole est une personne disponible, souriante, de bons conseils et très accueillante.

Merci mesdames pour ce séjour !

Grâce à Isabelle et Carole, serviables, cordiales, et réactives, ce court séjour s'est très bien déroulé, très simple, très vite comme à la maison. Les "plus" : la localisation parfaite pour les skieurs, à une vingtaine de mètres de la remontée "St Martin 1" et des forfaits, la cheminée et le bois sur le balcon, la propreté, les ustensiles, le sèche chaussure, etc. Pas vraiment de "moins", une fois dans le chalet on est bien, il faut juste descendre au village pour l'alimentation et autres mais c'est à 5 minutes...
