It has a veranda for meals in the sun, an unobstructed view that's not overlooked, and a children's dormitory on the top floor.

EVERYTHING WITHIN A WALK: beaches, restaurants and bars, cinema, casino, mini-golf, groceries, discotheque, children's beach club, entertainment centre for teenagers, sailing club, etc.
The house allows you to enjoy a peaceful holiday by leaving your car behind for the duration of your stay.

Access to the house is via the hangar, which has two doors: one opening onto the garden, the other allowing access to the house.

Before entering the house, you pass through the terrace and the west-facing veranda/dining room, where you can enjoy dinner in the sun.
On the ground floor of the house, you will find a light, airy living room with a large, comfortable sofa, a wood-burning stove (not currently in use), a large French window and a window. A glass roof separates the living room from the bright, fully-equipped kitchen.

An elm staircase takes you to the first floor, where you will find
- a bedroom of around 15 m2 with two windows (excellent quality 160 mattress for optimum sleep),
- a bedroom of around 9 m2 with a window (mattress 140 of excellent quality)
- a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and WC.

Climb another floor and you've reached the children's dormitory:

Do you know SAINT-QUAY-PORTRIEUX?

Large sandy beaches (Plage du Casino, Plage des Châtelets, Plage de la Grève Noire and Plage de la Comtesse) just a few hundred metres away, supervised by lifeguards, a seawater swimming pool with a diving board and a paddling pool for the little ones, an old beaching port and the new deep-water port, a 10-minute walk from the house.
Two markets a week (one 300 m away, the other at the port 10 minutes' walk away).
There's also a golf course, an aqualudic centre 10 minutes' drive away, tennis courts, cinema, nightlife, sailing school, a professionally supervised beach club for teenagers, with beach games, sea outings, private parties, etc. (information available from the town hall).

What to do in the area
Walks along the GR34, cycling (thanks to the bike hire shop down the road and the bike shed in the house), visits (see below), sea outings (kayaking, boating, SUP, etc.). There's also golf (10 minutes‘ drive), tennis (5 minutes’ walk) and nightlife at the discotheque - it's all possible!
