About this property

Zoutelande, 600m from the sea: 4 pers. detached house with lovely sunny garden!

You will find our detached house: De Zandput 6 600 meters from the sunniest southern beach of the Netherlands in a small-scale and quiet park.
Our property can accommodate 4 people.

The home is comfortably and tastefully furnished. According to the experienced guests you will quickly feel "at home". Because we clean the house ourselves, we guarantee you a neat and clean holiday home.

Pets and smoking are not permitted in the home.

The property is on the ground floor. PVC (2018) is on the floor.
The entire house has central heating.

The living / dining room with open kitchen is fully furnished.

In December 2018 a new kitchen was installed with a dishwasher and an induction hob. A coffee maker, Senseo, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and oven are also available.

The property has 2 bedrooms, one with one
Double bed and one with two single beds.
The beds are made as standard with single duvets, pillows and molton mattress protectors.
You must bring a duvet cover, bottom sheet and pillowcase.


The shower consists of a shower cubicle and a sink, simple but neat. Completely renovated in 2017.

The toilet is located in the hall (new in 2015).

In the utility room is the washing machine that you can use.

Next to the house there is a garden shed to safely use your bikes. There is a socket available for charging your electric bike, among other things.

The sunny, spacious garden is equipped with comfortable, adjustable garden furniture.
A parasol, clothesline, washing rack and GDP are also included.

You can use our internet connection (WiFi) free of charge.

We have also thought of the children:

There is a sandpit and some outdoor toys in the garden.
The garden can be closed with a gate.
In the house there are craft supplies, games and DVDs.

There is also a nice playground on site that everyone can use.

Our changeover day is on Friday. Outside the season this is also possible on other days.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und super sauber. Bei der Schlüsselabholung wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Mit den beiden Fahrrädern, die bei der Unterkunft vorhanden sind kann man sehr gut die Gegend erkunden. Alles im allen hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser tollen Unterkunft.

Alles in Allem eine schöne Unterkunft mit nur kleinen Mängeln. Leider hört man die Heizung (Gas) nachts recht laut. Die Lage ist gut, allerdings etwas vom Ortskern Zoutelande entfernt. Die Vermieterin sehr nett.

Ein toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Zoutelande und im Ferienhaus. Alles sehr gemütlich und modern. Die Küchenausstattung mit Gewürzen war sehr hilfreich. Die Fahrräder wurden ebenfalls gerne von uns genutzt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr freundlich und haben und mit Süßem empfangen. Danke für eine tolle Zeit!

Ein gelungener Zeeland-Urlaub

Ein "schnuckeliges" und liebevoll eingerichtetes Häuschen, in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Die Ausstattung war perfekt und die Sauberkeit hervorragend. Der Checkin war grandios einfach: Am Anreisetag holt man den Schlüssel ab, am Abreisetag bringt man ihn zurück - fertig! Das Häuschen war zudem ein wertvoller Stützpunkt für die täglichen Fahrradtouren entweder nach Vlissingen, West- und Ostkapelle, Domburg etc. - im angrenzenden Fahrradschuppen kann man die Fährräder sicher lagern. Viele Grüße an die Familie Kusse, wir hatten einen prima Urlaub!

Gemütliches Haus mit allem, was man braucht

Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche sehr genossen. Die Schlüssel Übergabe war problemlos, trotz Verspätung unsererseits, möglich. Im Haus wurden wir mit einer süßen Überraschung begrüßt. Wir haben alles gefunden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Besonders gefreut, haben wir uns über die vorhandenen Haushaltsartikel (Toilettenpapier, Küchenrolle, Geschirrlappen, Handseife, Gewürze etc.) und über die beiden Fahrräder. Der Strand ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Ferienhaus de zandput

Alles sehr sauber.in der küche hat uns ein toaster gefehlt..aussenanlage etwas vernachlässigt. Anstelle der hecke neben dem haus wäre ein kleiner parkplatz gut..wenigstens um das Auto zu beladen.sonst sehr zufrieden
