3 Bedroom, 2 Bath  (1689 Sq. ft.).   
This house has everything! Perfect for a weekend getaway Directly on Lake Placid. Completely updated with modern touches throughout. Huge screened-in patio with expansive views of Lake Placid. White sandy beach to just sit back and relax with a cool drink in your hand and watch bald eagles perch on the neighbors deck. You can also feed Sand hill Cranes as they visit daily. This home has the most amazing sunrises! Updated kitchen and baths with wood looking flooring and tile. Metal roof is in excellent condition. Central A/C and stainless steel appliances are less than 2 years old. 
 We do not have a boat dock, however the sandy beach is easily accessible. 


   
The Lake is very beautiful but in it lives the Chizzy Winks.
(aka blind mosquito) They do not bite. 
A Chizzy wink is a mischievous little white fly that lives in the water reeds and bull rushes of the lake.
Sometimes, when the wind blows just right, out they come and can be real pests. Unfortunately we never know when

Lakefront Getaway

Great house, wonderful view, quiet neighborhood. House was clean and had pretty much everything we needed and more. We would go back there again.

Owner was very receptive to requests, house was perfect for small group very clean and accessible. No beach or swimming in lake too much grass and baby gator living in swim hole. Perfect house if not looking to use lake.

Family Vacation at the Lake

The house was very well equipped with just about anything you would need. House was very nicely decorated. Loved the location on the lake. Very clean. Overall, really enjoyed our stay. A definite plus we could bring our dog.

Weekend getaway

Very clean, kitchen had all the necessities to make for a great weekend. Plenty sleeping space. The best part of the house was the massive screened in porch. We spent most of our time out there!

Beautiful lakefront property!

This home was wonderfully updated recently as you can tell, and it provided a perfect stay away from the hustle and bustle during our work trip. The owner was very responsive upon booking and a gracious host. Thanks again for having us on such short notice!

Great Lake house

We stayed for a weekend to get the kids out of the house and enjoy ourselves. Even though it was gray most of the wknd it stayed dry enough for us to enjoy the lake. The home was very clean, comfortable beds, and communication with the owner was excellent. The only thing things that bothered us about the place was there was no TV for the kids to watch when it was raining outside or boards games to play and the May flies that were everywhere. Even with those two small complaints it was still an excellent place to get away and we didn't want to leave. The open floor plan, walk in shower in the guest room and handicap accessible front door made this home comfortable for our handi-capable friend as well. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again.

Relaxing at its best!

Great location! Close to the boat ramp, even though there is no dock at this property it is 100% accessible from the water! We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future!
