Appartamento in zona tranquilla, fornito di box auto personale, in palazzina ristrutturata nella facciata ma non nelle scale interne che risultavano poco curate e sporche. appartamento comodo per due persone, luminoso ed attrezzato, con una bella ed ampia doccia; pulizia superficiale, si consiglia di essere più accurati, soprattutto controllare la biancheria del bagno perché alcuni asciugamani emettevano cattivo odore. Bollitore inutilizzabile perché incrostato di calcare.
