This luxury villa with private swimming pool just 2km from the city is ideal for friends and families. Its bright interiors, the lush garden and the outdoor veranda will surprise and captivate you, giving you dream holidays!

Villa Sara is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday.
Its large swimming pool (17 meters) is certainly the main attraction: swimming, diving and all related activities are possible.
The spacious garden with its olive and fruit trees offer us shady spaces where it will be a relief to rest from the summer heat. It will be a pleasure to have breakfast under the veranda and the evenings will suggest aperitifs and BBQ by the pool thanks to the innovative mobile kitchen.

The interior of the house is divided into 4 large areas: the internal veranda with its comfortable sofas; the interior of the house with kitchen, living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom; The first floor with 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom and finally the annex with a private entrance.
The spaces are really large and bright, we can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Im grossen und ganzen hatten wir sehr schöne Sommerferien in Alghero. Die Lage und der Pool sind toll. Jedoch sind die Bilder des Hauses sehr alt. Die Fotos sind mindestens 10-12 Jahre alt, als das Haus noch im guten Zustand war. Küche war sehr schmutzig, Klimaanlage in einem oberen Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Übergabe des Hauses dauerte knapp 10 Minuten, Gastgeberin hatte nicht viel Zeit. Wir mussten sehr viel selber reparieren und instandsetzen. Preis /Leistung stimmt meiner Meinung nach nicht. Jedoch sind die Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

super schön gelegenes Haus mit tollem Garten und riesigen Pool.

Garten und Pool sehr gepflegt. Zimmer ausreichend vorhanden nur die Bäder unserer Meinung nach etwas veraltet und müssten mal entkalkt werden. Aber sehr liebe Eigentümerinn, die sich aller Wünsche sofort annimmt. Bestimmt bald wieder mal.

Beautiful villa in fabulous location!

My family stayed for 2 weeks in July 2017 and can't wait to return! We were given a very warm welcome by the hosts on arrival and they were on hand for any questions during our stay. The villa is very well maintained, especially the huge garden and amazing pool. The pool really is a good as it looks in the photos! The villa is in a quiet location but only a few minutes drive from Alghero and numerous stunning beaches! Highly recommend the villa for a relaxing holiday.

Wonderful place!

The villa is a lovely old house which is typically Sardinian. Giulia who met us at the house was delightful and friendly making us so very welcome. The grounds are beautiful with the huge swimming pool being a real bonus. There are lots of fruit trees in the garden. There are 5 sunbeds around the pool and an abundance of pool toys in one of the outbuildings. We took our own pool/beach towels. The house is well equipped with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, sewing kit and some toiletries left by previous guests. There are many mosquitos being as the house is in the country and being August, wasps are a nuisance but using insect repellent helps. The house is 10min drive from the beautiful Maria Pia beach. A car is definitely necessary and useful when hopping from one beach to another. On one evening we ordered a taxi to the old town. We are a family of 6 and booked a seven seater - it cost €20 one way. Sunbed hire on the beaches is €20 for 2 beds and an umbrella for the day. It would be useful to learn some Italian as not many people speak English which adds to the charm. The old town is so very quaint, with little cobbled lanes. We visited Maria pia beach, lazzaretto beach and Mugoni beach, all of them were beautiful with white sand and turquoise crystal clear sea. The best restaurant was trattoria la saletta which is more reasonable than most as the price included sides whereas most other places are extra. The "piggy" is excellent. We will definitely be back after such a wonderful holiday on such a beautiful island.
