This charming and cozy home is very easy to find directly off of major highway 635 in a peaceful family neighborhood. Located in Lake Highlands, it is central to Dallas, Garland, Richardson and Plano, just a few minutes drive from the beautifully popular White Rock Lake! It is about 20-25 minutes from Dallas Love Field and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airports. Perfect for exploring all that the metroplex has to offer, this home is ready for families and large groups alike!

Other things to note:

Please note: The city of Dallas requires hosts of Airbnb and hotels alike to collect a 7% 'hotel occupancy tax' of the nightly rate(s) of stays less than 30 days at a time. This amount is not automatically collected upon booking.

We require a $200 fully refundable security deposit that is released back to you when inspection of the home is complete after you have checked out.

We will collect the fully refundable deposit and Dallas local occupancy tax amount via request through the day before your check-in. It will be as one sum, and we will have them itemized in the description. Thank you!

We offer free early check-in when available! Early check-in is typically between 2 PM - 3 PM given routine turnaround from the previous night's stay. We are able to meet this time frame on average. Please note: early check-in availability is often, but not guaranteed, as cleaning requirements from the previous reservation vary. You will be provided with a proactive estimate of ready time on the day of your reservation. We will work to get you in as soon as we can!
