Get-a-Way

Great place in a great location! We drove over for a few days of play in the DFW area. This rental was conveniently located to get out and about and so many fun areas to explore close by. Would definitely stay here again!

INCREDIBLE property. Listing was very accurate. Check-in was a breeze. Very clean. A true home away from home. Everything you need is here! AMAZING properly manager. Any question you have is answered almost immediately. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Communication was great. Property was big and spacious. It felt a little dirty (dusty and cobwebs in the corners). Sheets were great but towels were old and stained. Plus an odd mix of styles but suited our needs.

Very nice home and area but neither the refrigerator, nor the floors were clean, there were no TV's in the guest bedrooms, and the fan didn't work in the master bedroom

Executive week stay

Excellent location and communication with property management. Patio furniture was unusable and master bedroom fan and light not working. Poor internet down load speeds. Hopefully, these issues are resolved soon.

Hi Kathy Thank you for the review. I’m really glad you enjoyed your stay and happy to have the chance to chat with you during your stay . The patio piece that was damaged by the previous guest was removed and now we have two sets with two tables for guests to enjoy. We will dispatch a handyman to fix the fan in the master bedroom. The internet speed was fixed and upgraded .

Great stay!

Beautiful property with secure private garage/garage door parking. The property also has a very nice relaxing balcony area. We received prompt or immediate service communication from the property manager for any questions, assistance, or info needed regarding the property. Property has 4 bedrooms but only one TV in the entire property. Would be an improvement to have TV's in every bedroom. Kids were not able to watch TV or play video game consoles in their rooms. Really enjoyed our stay otherwise.

Beautiful place and great location!

The condo was beautiful and the location really worked for me and my family. The place was not as clean as it should be. I had to sweep the floors because they were dirty. Hair in the shower and left over peanut butter and jelly on the counter that looked sticky and dirty. There was not a blow dryer in the unit. The sheets in the upstairs area for the pull out bed were not folded. I could not tell if they were clean or dirty. Other than that it was a great place and I would stay there again if these issues are resolved.

Ivette, I want to thank you so much for taking the time to write us this review and we do appreciate the kind words. As far as the hair dryer; you are right; we found the hairdryer empty box so it seems the last guest before you just helped themselves and took it :) ..We replaced immediately. . We have a company for the cleaning services and a management company to audit the cleaning crew but it seems that they failed. We terminated both companies and replaced them with new cleaning crew and a new manager to audit and make sure everything is as expected. We spare no expense to make sure everything is in top notch and there is no room for mistakes. I wish if you informed us of this during your stay as it would've been easy for us to correct it and make your stay more pleasant . The host was very welcoming. The location was convenient. It would be nice to have hand soap and hand towels for all the bathrooms. In the first floor bathroom, the back of the door and floorboards were very dusty. The bedroom with the queen size bed is very pretty. Well maintained property, great kitchen, and plenty of room for the family. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay! The property manager checked in upon arrival and was helpful.
