Le propriétaire est sympathique, discret et très arrangeant. Nous étions vraiment indépendants, emplacement pour garer la voiture, endroit paisible et appartement fonctionnel.

Les meilleures surprises c'est lorsqu'il n'y en a pas! L' appartement correspond à ce que l'on voit, c'est confortable, pratique et sécuritaire. Le lieu est tranquille et respecte l 'intimité des occupants. Les hôtes sont aimables et disponibles. Bref, nous avons été très satisfaits!

nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans le T2 .Location conforme aux photos mises sur le site (pas de surprise) très propre,fonctionnelle et très bien aménagée.Les propriétaires sont très gentils,très bon accueil. Proche du centre ville, des commerces,du marché: on peut faire tout à pied ,20 mn de marche. Pour vos prochaines vacances, n'hésiter pas à réserver cette location,vous ne serez pas déçus .

Un séjour agréable et sans surprise dans cet appartement T2 conforme aux photos. Fonctionnel, confortable et bien équipé, ce logement est bien situé sur les hauts de Sainte-Anne tout en restant proche du centre bourg, de ses commodités et de ses plages.

Location de standing bien située

Nous avons séjourné 8 jours dans le T2 pour des vacances "découverte de la Guadeloupe". La location est conforme aux photos, spacieuse, propre, de standing et décorée avec goût. De plus, la situation est très appréciable, dans un lotissement calme, juste au dessus de Sainte-Anne à 3 minutes en voiture du centre et des belles plages de sable blanc, eau turquoise et restaurants. Le bon compromis entre tranquillité et proximité. Nous avons réservé au dernier moment et malgré cela, le propriétaire a été très réactif ce qui a été un point très positif. Lors d'un prochain séjour en Guadeloupe, nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet appartement que nous recommandons.

Super logement, tout confort, avec tout le confort moderne: lave linge, four, clim, wifi, tv... Idéal pour des vacances en famille. De plus, appartement tout neuf et déco de très bon goût avec des couleurs locales!! De plus, les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et discrets à la fois. Une adresse à retenir surtout pour le prix! Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines chez Mr et Mme Alexis. Le logement est bien équipé. Bonne literie. Climatisation dans la chambre. L'appartement est tranquille. Il donne sur un jardinet équipé de 2 transats confortables. La location est indépendante du logement de la famille Alexis. C'est pratique pour les allers et venues. La location est située sur les hauteurs de Ste ANNE, il est conseillé d'avoir une voiture même si la plage n'est qu'à 1km environ du logement. Mr et Mme Alexis sont charmants, disponibles et à l'écoute. Nous conseillons sans réserve cette location plaisante

Perfect apartment!!!

The place was really clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped. We were really happy about the apartment. We had literally everything… even a sewing kit. Alexis and his wife were super hospitable that they even installed a mosquito net for us because we didn't want to sleep with the air-conditioning on. The place is just a few minutes away from the beach and restaurants. It was a very comfortable stay and great value for money. The apartment is part of the family house but you have your own entrance so you can come and go as you please. There's also a garden, so you're able to suntan without any interruptions. Alexis and his wife are very friendly and lovely people. We definitely recommend this apartment to anyone that wants to have a great stay in Gwada. Thanks guys for all the help and a beautiful stay in your lovely apartment. We'll most definitely come back! Cheers from freezing Germany Dumisani & Justina

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo appartamento in Marzo/Aprile 2013. Siamo stati veramente molto bene. L'appartamento è nuovissimo, ben attrezzato e molto molto accogliente.Si trova in posizione tranquilla a pochi minuti in auto dalla spiaggia di St. Anne e de la Caravelle. I proprietari sono persone veramente gentili e disponibili, così come i loro bravi figlioli.Ci siamo sentiti ben accolti, come in una famiglia.Sicuramente un soggiorno che mi sento di consigliare a tutti.Un caro saluto alla famiglia Alexis, che hanno reso la nostra vacanza in Guadalupa ancora migliore

nice clean modern appartment

We had a great holiday in december in Guadeoupe.The appartment is very modern, nice and clean as desbribed. Everything you need is available. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is about 15 minute walk to the center and beautiful beaches of Saint Anne. We felt very welcome with Alain and Pauline and had a great time in beautiful Guadeloupe.
