Location Confusion

On VRBO app the location stated we were a 5 min walk to the St Anne beach. We had difficulty communicating with the French speaking host and they had to come and lead us to the property in the dark. It was 20 minutes up the mountain on poor road conditions. We contacted the VRBO rep in the am and they connected with Abritel. We were given a partial refundrefunded The host was very gracious and understanding that we wanted to relocate.

Marie-Hélène est d’une rare gentillesse, nous avons été reçus comme des rois ! Le logement est bien équipé, propre et très bien placé ! La location de la villa permet de se déplacer facilement sur toute l’île. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons très certainement profiter du calme et de la nature du Zandoli.À bientôt !

L'annonce est trompeuse nous avions choisi ce logement pour la proximité des plages. En effet quand nous avons réservé en décembre l'annonce mentionnait le logement à 17 mn de la plage à pied Or en réalité le logement est à 1h41 à pied et à 13 mn en voiture.Par ailleurs il est mentionné une connexion wi-fi mais n'a pas fonctionné malgré nos relances durant notre séjour de 9 joursLe logement n'est pas entièrement équipé de moustiquaires aux fenêtres.Concernant la cuisine, certains ustensiles mériteraient le remplacement telle que la cafetière

Séjour très agréable dans cette vaste maison où on est au calme dans les Hauteurs tout en étant proche des plages. Propriétaire charmante, toujours prête à rendre service!

La location est acceptable mais la propriétaire est trop intrusive, pesante et très directive dans ses propos.vNous étions constamment surveiller pour la climatisation, pour les besoins des la machine à laver et elle intervenait sur comment nous fermions les volets comment on faisait du barbecue etc.non nous ne recommanderons pas cette location et nous n'y retournerons pas.a l'unanimité. Les locataires qui étaient près de nous étaient très mécontents de la prestation.De plus la situation géographique c'était tronquée vsur la carte nous pensions être en bord de mar or nous étions à la campagne et dans les grands fonds !! Ce qui n'est as du tout pareil.

Agréable location sur les hauteurs de Saint Anne, vue sur la campagne, air rafraichissant. Superbe accueil des propriétaires, très chaleureux. Voiture obligatoire. Location T3 spacieuse, fonctionnelle avec le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Belle terrasse pour profiter de tous les repas à l'ombre.

Magnifiques vacances

Nous avons passés 4 semaines magnifiques dans cette superbe location " spacieuse, très bien amménagée et très calme " Dommage que Marie Hélène est été obligé de partir en Métropole, j'aurai adoré avoir ses conseilles pour cuisiner créole, mais son punch est une merveille. Encore merci pour tout. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

vacances geniales

nous etions 6 4 adultes et 2 enfants en avril 2010 maison tres spacieuse tres bien equipee et tres propre la famille d'une gentillesse merveilleuse je la recommende a toute les personnes qui desirent etre au calme et a la campagne sans etre loing de la mer environs 7 km d'une superbe plage
