Bel appartement moderne et lumineux avec 2 terrasses. Une terrasse est reliée au salon et dispose d'un salon de jardin. La plus grande terrasse, sur le toit, vous offre un salon, un petit frigo, une pergola couverte et 2 transats. Les deux terrasses ont une vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne! L'appartement comprend un salon confortable avec coin repas, 2 chambres, 1 salle de bains et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Nous avons rénové cet appartement en novembre 2015. Il dispose également d'une bonne connexion Wifi gratuite et de la climatisation. Le complexe vous offre une grande piscine commune avec une piscine pour enfants, des chaises longues, une pelouse et un parking couvert.

We had a wonderful time

The town of Nerja is surrounded by interesting POIs. Monique provided an amazing PDF with lots of things to visit and helped whenever needed.

Nice flat

Flat had everything you would want in it . Pool was lovely and very quiet although the sunbeds could be doing with replacing as most were damaged. Lovely roof terrace with views . The only negative I would say was you couldn’t control the air con , it was either on in all the rooms or off . Having said that it was a lovely stay

Génial!

Cet appartement et la résidence sont top. Literie très confortable, clim pas très bruyante. Deux terrasses dont une sur le toit, qui offre une vue incroyable sur la baie de Nerja. Piscine grande et belle , assez peu fréquentée .C'est vraiment super! La personne qui gère l'apparat très réactive, très dispo . Un peu loin du centre de Nerja (à peu près 20 mn à pied, mais surtout très en pente ). Avec une voiture, pas de problème

Ausstattung war okay, nur das Wetter hat nicht richtig gepasst. Wir hatten Balkon und Dachterasse und konnten es kaum nutzen. Wir werden es nochmals versuchen zu einer anderen Jahreszeit. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Vermieterin nicht aufdringlich aber problemlos erreichbar.

Net appartement met uitzicht op zee.Balcon met zon. Parasol zonder knik waardoor zon er onder door schijn.gemeenschappelijk net zwembad, weinig ligbedden (5)Parkeerplaats na 21.00 uur in straat drama. Vrij parkeren is heel ruim gezegd. Veel blaffende honden !

Fantastic apartment well situated for exploring Nerja

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment itself is very modern, clean and furnished to a high standard. There's plenty of outside seating which gets both sun and shade throughout the day and the roof terrace is a real bonus! The pool and poolside are also great and the shaded parking area is very helpful to have. Monique was so welcoming and friendly, giving good pointers for what to see and do nearby. The drink on arrival was a really nice touch! The apartment is ideally situated for exploring Nerja - it's near a great market and about a 15 minute walk to Burriana beach and around 20 minutes to Nerja town. The walk back is uphill however so can be a bit of a struggle! Our only negative comments are that the surrounding area could be cleaner as there was quite a lot of dog foul around. Compared with our previous experiences of holiday rentals, the apartment might also have been a little better stocked in terms of the very basics such as bin bags, cling film, salt, pepper etc. We totally appreciate that the apartment is self catering but buying these things can work out expensive and you only end up using a fraction on what you buy. Offering option of a welcome pack would be useful in this regard. Overall though we had wonderful stay - thanks very much Monique!

A brief introduction:

After having visited this apartment you might want to know who would be behind Andaluz Apartments therefor allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Monique although most people call me: “Moos” or “Mona”. Since 1998 I have been working in tourism. Until the end of 2009 in the Netherlands as manager of an hotel belonging to a well known group of hotels. Here I have learned the ins and outs of this trade and picked up the passion for this thing called hospitality. In 2010 I was offered a job in Spain. Running a business with 450 holiday villa’s spread over the Costa Brava with a young enthusiastic team. Having a great and very busy time my experience grew as did my enthusiasm for letting people enjoy themselves. Working in large companies as a manager unfortunately makes you spend too much time on the managing and way to little on the people part. Contacts with guests, making them feel at home away from home was my real “thing”. That is when the plan has risen to put my passion in my own small company where it is all about the guest.

In 2014 my dream became reality, the site came in the air, the apartments were ready and set to the highest standards. All this and the personal contact we have been having with our guests made quite a few of our guests already rebook for periods to come. Because we are living in Nerja ourselves guests can rely on our backup at all times whether it is about advice on things to see, places to visit or to help with translating for things big or small. Seeing a home going guest leaving their well deserved vacation with a big smile on their faces longing to do the same thing again any time soon, for us is “ the icing on the cake”. Mission accomplished!

Whether it is in winter, summer, spring or fall we are here to welcome you to help you enjoy Nerja and surroundings, giving you this unique Andaluz Apartments experience.
