Early check-in is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host.
Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival.
The early check-in fee is $50.
Early check-in time is 2pm or earlier.

Late check-out is 12pm. Late check-out fee is $40.
Late check-out is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host.

Late check-out is only applicable to reservations that have paid the $40 late check out fee. Late check-out can only be added to the reservation prior to check-out date. If you request late check-out on check-out day or overstay past normal 10:30 am check-out time then late check-out fee is $80. This $80 will be automatically deducted from your deposit.

Check-in begins at 5:00 pm and check-out ends at 10:00 am.

Street parking is always available, safe, and right in front of the property.

You may find clean sheets and towels in the washer and dryer located in the laundry area. If you need to use the dryer, please remove and set it on the side. If you need to use the washer, please transfer and run the dryer. Thank you.

There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property.

There are always fresh fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment.

Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen.

No animals are allowed.

For undisclosed pets/ service animals brought into the listing, there is an automatic ejection with no refund and $500 cleanup fee.

Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well please pick up your pet's waste. If there is excessive pet hair in the space we will not refund the $250 pet cleaning deposit fee.

In the case of any deposit collection, we will need a picture of your government ID and a picture of the credit card used matching your ID. The picture only needs to show the last four digits of your credit card. We will not be able to give access to the space until these steps are completed.

There are linens, blankets and pillows for the air mattress in the last drawer in the master bedroom closet.

There is a motion detector on the interior of the unit, THIS IS NOT A CAMERA, it only functions to detect motion when the alarm is on.

There is a fire extinguisher, bug spray and an extra water jug under the kitchen sink.

There is a first aid kit under the bathroom sink.

The circuit breaker box is located on the left side of the house.

The wooden gate backyard entrance is located on the right-hand side of the house. Pull the latch down on the left gate and pull the gate open.

Please take out trash and place it in black bins located outside in the back/side of the unit. There are additional garbage bags in the trash can under the current bag. There are extra trash bags in the kitchen trash can underneath the current garbage bag.
