This apartement which entices you from the moment you enter is composed of 2 bedrooms for 4 people (1double bed + 2 single beds), a living room with a sofa/bed, an equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a bathroom. It is equipped with WiFi, television, air conditioning and a barbecue.
You can enjoy two private terraces with a view of the golf course. One of them is a panoramic terrace that invites you to enjoy magical evening at sunset. You can also take advantage of the large communal pool and a garden. 2 tennis/paddle are available. Private parking space.
This accomodation is located in Menorca in the highly sought after residential estate of Son Parc (N/E) where the only golf course on the island is located (tee1 within 3 mins walking distance) and the sublime Arenal de Son Saura beach (1,5km away - 0,93 miles) with its shallow crystal clear waters and white sand.
Some shops are on the way to the beach: pharmacy, mini-markets, boutiques, bars, Pub, restaurants (one of which is on the beach).
Son Parc is served by bus 41 (TIG).
Other nearby beaches: Cala Pudent (the smallest of the 2 beaches of Son Parc), Arenal d'en Castel, Na Macaret or Cavalleria and Pregonda with golden sand and red earth.
About 10 mins away:
- Es Mercadal, a very popular village (night market on Thursday), dominated by mount Toro the highest point of the island (362m).
- The fishermen's village of Fornells, which offers maritime excursions, kayak and boat rentals (with or without licence). Diving center, many bars and restaurants (home of the famous lobster soap "Caldereta"), stores. In the evening you will appreciate the sight of the pleasure boats that come to anchor in the bay.
- The authentic village of Na Macaret with its spectacular seafront (to visit: the 2 restaurants behind the beach)
