Set in a quiet residential area, Villa Florent is spacious, tastefully furnished and offers privacy, charm and tranquility. Just a short stroll from the villa is a selection of bars and restaurants. The villa consists of lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen and utility area. There are two kingsize bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms, both with showers and toilets. Access to the patio, sun-terrace and pool area is via the lounge and Master bedroom. There is off-road parking for one vehicle and ample room on the road also. Just a short stroll from the villa there are three restaurants and bars, with a further restaurant a 10 min walk away in the Marina. There is also a mini-market which stocks a wide range of items including freshly baked bread plus off-licence. The nearest beaches are just a 5 minutes drive, golf club 10 minutes and the capital Mahon 20 minutes.

We had such a lovely stay at this 3-bedroom villa in Addaia. The villa was spacious, clean, and the private pool was perfect for lazy afternoons. The area is beautifully quiet, which made it really relaxing, but still close enough to explore nearby spots. The hosts were very helpful and kindly allowed us an early check-in, which made our arrival so much easier. We especially enjoyed the local restaurants — great food and a really welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time. Villa is spacious and clean and situated in a lovely area. Lovely private pool plus shaded outside area. Only couple of mins walk to mini mart and couple of restaurants. Only 5 min drive to nearest beach and more restaurants. Would recommend!

We had a great time at the villa. Very clean. The host was fantastic and even sorted out a few essentials for when we arrived as the shops were closed when we arrived. Had a minor problem but got resolved staight away. Kids enjoed the pool, lovely area , nice and quiet . Local restaurants and shops 5 minutes walk from the villa. We will deffinatly be coming hete again thank you .

Lovely, well positioned and spacious villa providing a great base to explore the island.

Having been to this area of Menorca and stayed in a variety of different accommodation a number of times, this villa didn't disappoint. Set in a peaceful location, it was ideal for exploring both Addaya and more widely (for which we'd say a car is essential) while also giving the family (4 of us) space to relax comfortably. The pool was great for cooling off and the terraces retained the sunshine in places until well into the evening. The loungers were really comfortable. Although no air-con, the ceiling fans were great - and also very quiet (much appreciated when they had to be on all night!). The kitchen was good for rustling up the odd meal and the provision of a washing line rather than just an airer was also very helpful. The only criticism - and it is really quite small - is that for a property of this spec, it would be helpful/anticipated to have had a supply of washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets sufficient for the period of stay along with a few basics (salt & pepper, olive oil, kitchen foil, cling film) so that each set of guests doesn't have to go out and buy packs which, even when buying the smallest available, are far to large to be used during the stay so meaning considerable amounts of each product had to be left behind. In summary we had a great 2 weeks holiday and would look to stay here again - although for next year unfortunately the dates we wanted aren't available.

Vacaciones estupendas!!!

La casa es una pasada, está totalmente equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar (toallas, utensilios de cocina, sombrillas,etc…) La piscina para darte un baño cuando llegas de la playa es lo mejor. Por ponerle algún pero sería que la cocina (la vitroceramica) no tiene casi potencia a la hora de poder cocinar, pero sería lo único ‘malo’ a decir. Además han sido súper flexible con la hora de salida ya que nuestro vuelo salía a las 21h y como no entraban inquilinos nos hemos podido quedar más tiempo sin problema y eso se agradece mucho. Una estancia maravillosa y repetiremos.

Belle semaine de vacances

La villa est située à 20 min de Mahon et 40 min de Ciutadella. Si vous souhaitez découvrir l’île, la voiture est obligatoire. Belle villa à l’identique des photos et descriptions. Belle piscine ensoleillée toute la journée. Attention pas de clim dans la maison en journée, il fait très chaud. Possibilité de faire du bateau au port à 10 min à pied. Restaurant et supermarché à 5 min à pied. On a passé une tres belle semaine de vacances en famille avec deux enf de 8 et 12 ans.

Wonderful stay on Menorca

This was our third visit to Menorca and our best villa and location thus far. The place was spacious, comfortable, clean with a lovely pool. The owners were warm and responsive. No complaints at all. Looking forward to going back. An amazing trail run or walk in the beautiful National Park a very short walking distance from the villa. Thanks for a great holiday.

Schönes Haus und netter Umgebung

Das Haus verfügt über alles was man benötigt und ist dementsprechend gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, mit einem Mietwagen kann man die Schönheit der Insel von hier aus sehr gut erkunden. Zu Fuß erreicht man einen kleinen Supermarkt und gute Restaurants. Nachts ist es durch die Deckenventilatoren und die Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Der Pool ist schön groß und hat uns allen sehr viel Spaß bereitet und die benötigte Abkühlung beschert. Die Kommunikation lief Problemlos und sogar auf Extrawünsche wurde eingegangen. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Family holiday

We had a lovely time, the villa was comfortable a home from home and reasonably clean. It was very hot, especially in the evening and I had only wished there was an extra fan in the living room as the current fan wasn’t powerful especially between 2 adults and 3 large teenagers! The ceiling fans however in the bedroom were lovely. This is a quiet area where there are only a handful of restaurants and one supermarket, which suited us. The pool was lovely and communication from the owner was very quick.

We originate from Bath and now live just outside Windsor. We have owned a property in Addaya for the past 25 years, moving to Villa Florent early in 2014. We love the area and have enjoyed family holidays there with our boys since they were very small. We chose Menorca for many reasons including its attractiveness, many beaches, close proximity to the UK (under 2 hours flying time) and its quiet/peaceful reputation. All the above are still valid, but we have discovered many more reasons to stay as we are sure you will too.

Why they chose this property

Our first house in Addaya was very close to Villa Florent, which we passed many times whilst on quiet afternoon, early evening walks. Like many we dreamed of owning it, but never thought it would happen. That all changed in 2014, when we were lucky enough to buy it.
Villa Florent is in a very quiet cul-de-sac, close to the highest point in Addaya. It is spacious and airy inside, facing south, ensuring the sun is on the private pool from early morning to late in the day.

What makes this property unique

The south facing terrace and pool are our favourite things about the villa. We often spend balmy evenings eating straight from the BBQ on the terrace and cooling off in the pool. Villa Florent is very close to the centre of Addaya, where there are three restaurant/bars, a mini-market and gift shop. The marina and its waterside restaurant are also a short walk away.
