House of 1893 restored and furnished situated in the old town des Mercadal. It has three floors.
On the ground floor is the entrance, living room, 1 toilet, kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor shower, veranda with hammock, private garage for one car.
Private pool and patio.
The first floor consists of two double rooms with outdoor light with a bathroom (2 windows to the outside each room) and the second floor has two double rooms with outdoor light (2 windows to the outside each room) and a bathroom.
In total four rooms.

Perfect holiday

This house is perfect, very spacious and clean, beautifully decorated and with everything one needs. Jaume (the owner) is very helpful and gave us great tips on places to visit. Lovely village close to everything, with lovely restaurants only a street away from the house (we recommend Tast and Jazzcuit). We will definitely come back soon!

Großartig

Das bezaubernde Haus liegt quasi mitten im Zentrum von Mercadal und doch ganz ruhig. Supermarkt, Bars, Restaurants, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr besonders, die perfekte Kombination aus alten Elementen und neuen, sehr geschmackvollen Möbeln. Alles was super sauber und wirkte sehr neu und mit Liebe ausgesucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Jaume war sehr freundlich und schnell. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Lovely location

Lovely location in a beautiful town. Property was nice, I would be very cautious of the stairs and banister with toddlers. Other than that lovely stay.

cocon au cœur de l’île

La maison est parfaite pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille! Minorque version authentique dans le joli village très central de Mercadal, nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Maison très propre et moderne, bien équipée, la petite piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir ! Jaume est très disponible !

Típica casa menorquina en medio del pueblo. Preciosa y con mucho encanto. Habitaciones super grandes y cada planta con su baño. Nosotros hemos estado super a gusto, nos hemos sentido como en casa y Jaume el propietario es otro encanto. Nos esperaba el día de llegada con el "berenar" a punto. Ha sido super atento. Los peques no querían irse, así que esperamos poder repetir muy pronto, xq ha sido una estancia maravillosa! Mil gracis Jaume!

Hola, La casa no puede estar mejor situada, lejos del bullicio y la masificación de las playas de Ciutadela. Poder ir cada día a la playa de cavallería es un lujazo. Gracias por tu sinceridad.

La verdad es que me sorprendió gratamente la estancia en la casa y, evidentemente, pienso repetir. El trato del dueño exquisito y la situacion, en el centro de Mercadal, inmejorable.

beautiful house!

Estuvimos en la casa durante una semana. Está justo al centro del pueblo, pero hay mucha tranquilidad. Estaba muy limpia y es cómoda. Todo es como en las fotos, reflejan muy bien la realidad. El dueño, Jaume, fue muy amable y servicial. ¡Totalmente recomendada! We stayed there for one week. It is just in the centre of the town, but very quiet. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything is like in the photos, they are so real. The owner, Jaume, was very kind and helpful. Totally recommended!
