Perfectly located at the bottom of the slopes and several ski lifts as well as 500m from the center of the resort. This apartment is ideal for holidays with families or friends in the mountains.

Possibility of accommodating a family with 2 children in single beds as well as 2 couples in 2 double beds, with independent rooms and bathrooms.

Apartment completely renovated (2018) and classified 3 *.

- Well equipped: high speed WIFI by optical fiber, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, bath, shower, etc.

- A spacious entrance with a standalone toilet.

- A bedroom at the left of the entrance with 1 mezzanine bed (80x190) and 1 single bed (80x190) as well as the possibility of having a double bed (160x190). A shower room adjoining this bedroom.

- A bedroom at the left of the living room with a double bed (160x190) as well as a dressing room and a bathroom.

- A living room offering a pleasant and friendly living space with a convertible sofa (2 beds 80x200 that can form a double bed) as well as an open kitchen and a balcony.

- The ski room is on the same floor as the apartment.

Erwin’s apartment is excellent! Great location on the slopes, close to 3 of the main chairlifts and few minutes walk/ski to the top of the prodains. The town centre is a 5/10minute walk. The apartment is modern with everything you need for your stay, things are easy to find and use, with instructions available if required. Showers are excellent, washing machine is a very welcome essential for a week’s stay.Erwin was a great host with excellent communication. We would not hesitate in recommending this apartment and will definitely stay again.

We are skiing in France since more than 40 years - and this was the best apartment we ever rented:spacious, clean, new and comfortable furnishing, well equipped kitchen with everything needed, great and convenient location close to the shops, restaurants and the slopes.Uncomplicated agency during check-in and check-out.Very, very friendly and helpful owner who did everything to make the stay comfortable for us.We had a great time - and will book again.

Amazing stay

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment. We had a few questions and Erwin was really quick to respond and helped us out loads. The apartment is amazing, everything is there for you. We loved being right by the slopes and enjoy the Skiing around of Avoiaz and the surrounding areas. I have a feeling we might be back again!

Lovely apartment with a great location and views

The apartment was as described and has a great view and is easily accessible to lifts to get out on the slopes first thing. The apartment was a good enough size for 5 friends and has a big sofa and dinning table to spend an evening in. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking if that's what you want. Erwin was very helpful and quick to respond to messages, thank you.

Family ski holiday

Amazing apartment! We've stayed in Avoriaz many times as the skiiing is excellent and this is the best apartment we have rented. It is as described and more. The quality of the spec is excellent. Kitchen is very well equipped and the lounge and beds are super comfy. Location is good. Be prepared to pole it or walk a little ag the end of the day to get back to the apartment building, and the lift needs a key to operate. Edwin is a great owner who responds quickly to messages. Overall brilliant holiday. 👏

Modern apartment perfect for our family.

We had a super week in the apartment. Just next to the lifts it's very easy to start the day "first in the queue". The apartment has a modern interior and fully equipped kitchen. Nothing missing. Perfect with a washing machine, we could have brought a lot less clothes then we did. On the photos the apartment looks bigger than it actually was, but big enough for us. Check-in and check-out very well organised, from arrival with the car until we were in the apartment it took less than an hour. Quick and sufficient answers from the landlord Erwin on our questions. Good information delivered. Thank you!

Je ne peux que recommander l'appartement d'Erwin ! Très bonne communication avec lui, procédure d'arrivée impeccable et disponibilité de la conciergerie en cas de besoin au top ! Emplacement au pied des pistes parfait, propreté et équipement du logement nickel ! Nous reviendrons à n'en pas douter.

Le logement était exactement ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Très propre, mobilier et décoration moderne, beaucoup de rangements, deux salles d'eau, ensemble très bien agencé, au pied des télésièges, box à ski personnel au bout du couloir : c'était super ! De plus la communication avec le propriétaire via Abritel était excellente ainsi qu'avec le service de location sur place. Attention néanmoins, vous êtes en "bas" de la station (prévoir les remontées à pied vers la place centrale). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour qui s'est déroulé parfaitement. Merci

Appartement tout confort et joliment décoré

Propriétaire aux petits soins, ayant à coeur d'anticiper toutes nos questions. Procédure d'arrivée très simple: la remise des clés se faisant au niveau du départ des traîneaux et chenillettes. Appartement lumineux, très bien conçu, très bien équipé. Grand casier a ski au même étage. Résidence au calme, tout en bas de la station. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Nois avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Kleines, aber feines Appartement, direkt an der Piste

Der Vermieter Erwin war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet, während das Gebäude innen noch die Einrichtung aus den 1960/70ern hat. Das ideale an dem Apartment ist der Ausblick und der direkte Zugang zur Piste. Dafür ist das Apartment aber etwas abseits vom Ortskern und der Ankunftsstation. Für den Check-In ist wichtig zu wissen, dass der Schlüssel nicht wie in vielen anderen Apartmenthäusern in Avoriaz an der Rezeption im Gebäude selbst ist, sondern in der Agentur in der Nähe der Ankunftsstation. Daher muss direkt beim ankommen und Gepäckausladen daran gedacht werden noch zur Agentur zu laufen um die Schlüssel dort abzuholen. Das Apartment selbst ist mit dem Stockbett ideal für Familien, für eine Gruppe nur mit Erwachsenen geht es aber auch, wobei anzumerken ist, dass die Matratzen des Stockbetts sehr hart sind und bei mir leider immer zu Rückenschmerzen geführt haben. Das ist aber natürlich von Person zu Person sehr unterschiedlich. Alles in allem ist das Appartement sehr zu empfehlen.

Surprenant qu'il n'y ait pas eu quelques fournitures de base (que nous n'aurions eu aucun problème à renouveler pour les futurs locataires) comme une éponge ou du sel. Mais sinon très bien.

Merci pour votre retour. Je suis content que l’appartement vous ai plu. Au sujet des fournitures, je suis très embêté. En effet, il y avait normalement une éponge dans le kit de bien venu (ainsi que d’autres éléments). Pour le sel, dans un Covid encore récent, j’ai préféré ne pas en mettre cette année. Cela sera un point considéré pour la saison prochaine.
